Amplify Female Composers

Amplify Female Composers is a new platform created by Carolyn Craig and Janet Yieh that seeks to encourage the performance of sacred music by female composers.
Fall Female Composer Fridays:
From Sept to Nov 2021, hear choral music every Friday at 12pm eastern sung by The Choir of Trinity Wall Street.
The Stations of the Cross:
In March 2021, we presented a one-hour meditation on the Stations of the Cross, featuring fifteen stellar organists from across the US. An organ piece by a female composer reflecting on Lenten themes accompanies each Station.
The Advent Calendar Project: In December 2020, we published daily video broadcasts of seasonal Advent and Christmas choral music by female composers sung by participating parish, cathedral, and university choirs from the US and UK from December 1 to 25.

Trinity Church is in the middle of building a new pipe organ! So, the piano, Klop continuo organ and choirs are helping lead singing in the interim.
