@Cecilia McDowall was winner of the 2014 British Composer Award for Choral Music, has recently been commissioned by the BBC Singers, Westminster Cathedral Choir, St. John’s College Cambridge, King’s College Cambridge, and others. This past year, CDs of her organ works, performed by William Fox, and a selection of sacred choral works, sung by The Choir of Trinity College, Cambridge, were released to critical acclaim.

Amplify Female Composers is a new platform created by Carolyn Craig and Janet Yieh that seeks to encourage the performance of sacred music by female composers and arrangers.
