    Creating a schedule and tag teamming is so important as parents of young children. I am not a morning person, but lunch time works best for me and helps reenergize me for the rest of the day. Other fitness tips, I would say is to have a treadmill or bike trainer in front of your tv. You do not have to be a super athlete, but walking for 30 minutes to an hour while watching a game or your favorite tv show helps so much with fitness.

    I'm 6 months into my weight loss journey, of which I've lost close to 45 lbs thus far. However, it seems that I've strained my IT band. Did 2 weeks of a pain med and was told by the doc that it would go away. I've done a few 3 mile runs but I still feel it slightly into the run and especially up and down stairs.
