Started training hybrid because of nick and Nathan. Running is my new favorite thing. Lifting, swimming, biking and running are a good way to switch up the routine.

Thanks for the audio book recommendation, I just recently subscribed to audible by Amazon and I’ve been trying to find something to listen to except for music. Running outdoors is so therapeutic for me, I even take my two kids in their strollers with me on my 5.5 mile run. Thank you!

I want to focus on building muscle but also work on mobility/flexibility. Additionally, can you tell me what color your office is painted in? Just did your IG poll on artificial sweeteners. I hope you make a move to make the products we all love even healthier. The Sucralose in the intraflight was a no go for me. Besides current strength and fitness, long term health is a primary goal. Moving away from artificial sweeteners would be such a rad step in the right direction.
