are you going to post your weekly workouts like you did with the sub 2:50 video series?
Welcome to Nashville!
How about just interacting with your fans instead of an eternal grift. Your only concern is making money you’re barely human.
@nickbarefitness
Love the page man. Slowly building my volume with my runs while still strength training. Just curious to see what your running warmup consists of. Thanks again for the content, Matt.
The hat sold out. Will you be selling any more?
I ran my first Half Marathon yesterday in Montreal in 1h40.30s. You've been a massive inspiration in the past months of preparation. Thank you and keep up the work!
8mph half marathon for your first ever? Damn that's insanely impressive you should of been a professional runner!
I just saw you write this exact same comment on another marathon runners CZcams channel.😂😂
@@MrJohnno89 They are both great channels, they deserve the love
Superb first HM! 💪🏼💪🏼
good work bro, finished my first a few months ago in 1hr44 min, just finished my 4th a couple weeks ago with a 1h37 ! running progression is addicting
The music blending with the video production is unmatched! Thank you for the quality. The team you have put together has inspired me to start running.
Killing it, Nick! You've been my role model for close to a decade, and I'm so impressed by everything you've accomplished. GO ONE MORE
Sorry to hear that
@@electrodynamicorb6548😂
@@electrodynamicorb6548I curious to know why you say that
He’s been my role model for even longer !!

I did my first outdoor run yesterday since I had my full knee reconstruction due to a sporting injury - I only managed 2.65km and it took me 21 minutes.
I’m so far from where I want to be and where I know I’ll end up but you motivate and inspire me to push myself towards my goals. Thank you for what you share and keep doing you 💪🏻
I’m training for my first marathon rn so these videos makes me feel like I’m training with nick and I’m motivated as hell because of these videos G1M BABY!!! Congrats on the 1,000,000 subscribers as well
Im running my first half marathon in a week, thanks for the videos!
KEEP GOING 💯
It’s so true that you get that satisfaction through enduring the process. This past April I did back to back marathons (tough ruck marathon and Boston marathon). I had two weeks to prepare after only strength training the 4 months before and never running a marathon. I ran 3 times in the two weeks I had before doing the two marathons. I told my self I could suffer through it cause I was disciplined and I don’t quit. That’s exactly what got me through both of these marathons. As huge of an accomplishment it was, it didn’t give me a satisfaction. I didn’t endure a long hard process to get me through these two marathons. It’s the long hard process that gives you an outcome which gives you the satisfaction. I just had the outcome. It’s like given a test in school that you didn’t study for and getting an A on it. If you studied for a test that you knew nothing about and got yourself to learn all the material to get yourself an outcome of an A then you feel great. It makes me wonder what I could do if I actually endure a process this year. That’s exactly what I’m doing. Enjoy the process! Go one more!
We really needed this as much as you and BPN. You’ve done so much and to your viewers your on top, and we loved watching that growth. Recently it’s felt you’ve reached a pinnacle and with that is always some feelings of say it isn’t so your at the top with nowhere left to go. NOPE! New office in Nashville with more growth to come! That’s awesome Nick, good for you guy! I will now enjoy this marathon prep even more! Good luck buddy
I love watching these videos! You're one of the people I started watching as inspiration to start running and I'm up to 5 miles as my long run after about two months of training for a marathon. Keep it up!
I still remember watching your videos when you were in the Army. You have come along way. Congratulations. Also I was in Tacoma Bass Pro Shops the other day and seen someone with the BPN hat. You all the way up here. GO ONE MORE
Hell yeah! This video was amazing! Been watching lots of BPN and Nick Bare for a couple years now and this video might be my favorite! Love the film quality and the music overlay everything! So inspiring and motivating that Nick is chasing his sub 2:45 as I am chasing my sub 3:00. Love watching all the challenges and journeys!Keep up the great content, motivation, podcast, and products! The BPN team is unmatched! GO ONE MORE!
I like the chill editing in combination with training for such an ambitious goal. Strength in calmness.
What a fantastic edit of todays video. Great job Nick & team.
Awesome content. I’m a native Texan and currently live in Nashville. Can’t wait to see the impact of BPN in Nashville!
I love hearing about your mental game! The approach of just settling into a comfortable pace, going on auto pilot, and taking it mile by mile/brick by brick was really helpful 🤙
Signed up for my first half marathon coming up in December! You’re a big inspiration for me to do one!
Woah 1 million subscribers!! Congrats to you and the team!
Hey Nick! Over the last months I prepped and finally ran my first marathon in Berlin last sunday in 3h30! THX for all the inspiration along the way during this year. Your content is just awesome motivation!
I’ve seen many NB videos but this one has to be the best production ever congrats to the production team, music and edits are perfect
Ran my first half on Sunday in 2:08. I wanted sub 2 but i'll take it because I had covid 3 weeks ago. You were a massive inspiration to get into running nick, thanks!
Love everything you’re doing man! Keep it up! GO ONE MORE!
Training for my first marathon. Your videos are the best on CZcams for inspo/info so I was happy to get on your site and get some gear to support ya. Thank you for sharing the knowledge brother.
So pumped you had Elliot smith playing at the beginning of this! Killed it nick!
Knew that sounded familiar!
I'm not sure if Nick edits his own videos, but his choice of music is proper. I always find my favorite songs playing in his videos or I find new favorites through his videos. DLZ by TV on the Radio was also in this video and that's a tune
What's the name of that Elliot Smith track please? 🙏 Loved it!
@@kevinarmstrong1072 Needle in the Hay
thank you for documenting the process, it's the motivation I need
CONGRATS ON THE 1M!!!
Good stuff.. there's no secrets... Consistency + Enjoying the grind = Results.
About to run my first half marathon in February at the age of 43. Shooting for under 90min. I ran an easy out and progressive back on a super hilly course last week in 1:34. Felt easy. Found running this January after a bout of poor health and anxiety. It has completely changed my life. No one can believe that I am new to running. I didn’t think I was that fast honestly! I was a competitive swimmer but never ran unless the swim coach made us. lol. Now I’m thinking about trying to qualify for the Boston Marathon but going 3:04 seems like a tall task. We’ll see if Father Time spares me for a bit longer. Love your videos man! They’ve helped me stay excited about my potential and to believe in the process. All the best!
Love watching you while I’m doing cardio. Greetings from Chile ✨🇨🇱
So glad I found this channel.
Love seeing you in Nashville! Welcome Nick 👏🏼🤠
The cinematography was on point in this video. The color grading also :)
Kudos for using Elliott Smith in the intro! Looking forward to following you on this journey just as I did the sub-3 and sub-2:50!
SWEATY nick bare will be missed in future videos haha. good luck nick. you are amazing.
This is awesome - thanks for the inspiration Nick.
Nick, a few months ago having never run more than 4 miles at once I decided to signed up for a marathon after reading Goggins book "Cant Hurt Me". I've always been a terrible runner and hated it with a passion. Always making excuses that my knees hurt, my ankles hurt, I'm just not a runner. That all changed when I started applying your principles and listing to your advise on training. I'm indebted to you and your team for this. I cant express my gratitude and have seen a huge increase in my capacity for endurance AND speed. The marathon is in 2 months and I'm up to 11 miles as of yesterday. Just wanted to say thanks for all the solid info you give and the effort you put into this company and vlog. I am extremely happy for your new location. You deserve it after all you give to people like me. Go One More!
Good luck! I've kinda been the same, rather play sports and weight train cause I find running boring. Even tho I tell myself I want to run more. Let us know how it goes
Let's goooo! Nick is going to crush this Marathon. #goonemore
It's crazy to see the spots you run. I lived in Nashville for years and the last time I was on that airstrip I was in the middle of a 50-miler in 2015. I now live in Austin and run a lot of the same spots too. We still commute back to Nashville about monthly, so hopefully our paths cross one day!
Love your content dude
I’d be curious to hear thoughts on the strategy behind having a satellite location in Nashville. That is not just an easy drive back and forth, so I am curious as to why splitting time in between.
Great Role model Nick blessings to you and your family from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
I still find running such a fascinating sport. Like your track workout 1k is a 3:35min but then I watch other CZcams marathoners like Luis Orta and he warms up at 3min 1k pace. Like insane! I am so motivated and chasing you guys. My fave runner is Tommy Rivs! Go One More!
Saw nick running this morning. Definitely big energy boost to go one more. He was flying

Beautiful shots in this one
The cinematography in this video is unreal for a youtube video!
Easy 10 miles, I can’t wait until I get to that point. Thank you for the inspiration!
Since my first half back in 2021, "Needle In The Hay" has constantly been the first song in my race day playlist, along with some more Elliot Smith tunes. I don't know why, it should not be a song that pumps you up. Yet, my first race was in a super cloudy november morning, and that song was the first one popping to mind that day as I woke up super early. I nailed that race.
Never changed the playlist
Consistently knocking out high quality motivational training vlogs like a champ #Goonemorebro 👊🏼👊🏼
*Nashville looks beaut, you gotta love the deer on the track. Epic

Welcome to Nashville! Edwin Warner Park has some great running paths as well if you’re still exploring

Obrigado pelos vídeos Nick. Saudações do Brasil 🇧🇷

Such a sick video!
Nashville scenery on runs are so beautiful. I’m sure it’ll be a fun change from Austin!
Congratulations
Lets go Nick 🤝
TV on the Radio at 9:40!!! Sick ass track!!!! Love it
Would you consider doing another Ironman after this marathon? Would love to see the sub 10 hr prep. Thanks for the content as always.
Dude, the shred is real! Looking stage ready (road ready haha).
absolute unit
Welcome to Nashville!! 🤘🏽 Picking the best spots for sure running-wise; another good one for some trail work is Percy Warner Park, so be sure to add that to your spots to hit up!
Welcome to TN buddy!
There is a pretty sweet public track at Rose Park in Nashville, Nick. If you want to get in track workouts that's a good spot in the 12 South area. It was resurfaced last year. Love your vids👊
Get it Nick!
Nick Bare is the definition of "Don´t Quit"
great vid, just re upped on some sups, my running has been coming along quickly following your process. Canadian military, always just shut my brain off and endured too before educating myself through you and others. Now progressing quickly. When is that hat going on the site for sale?
Sometimes I love running and sometimes I really can't be bothered. A super useful thing I tell myself is to 'don't think, just move'. I don't allow myself to start thinking about how I don't want to do it. I just go through the motions of putting my shoes on, getting my watch and water bottle, and heading out the door. Nike had it right - 'just do it'
Might need to give that G.1.M Sport a try
It's good stuff. Sticky cluster dextrin. Gotta mix it in hot water tho.
I use it and am very happy!
Many different, cheaper alternatives. It's just basic carbs and sodium.
@SwG777 it's legit cluster dextrin. Not a basic carb. Fast digesting and passes stomach very quickly.
@@stevenopolis23 I'm aware. I mean, in the context of sports nutrition, it's basic. That is to say, widely available, and found in the majority of sports/endurance carbohydrate products. Not to mention, can be bought in bulk and is inexpensive.
Nice one
The splits at the end fn nuts 😮
holy, great video
Amazing🔥💪
Omg that’s my running spot 😍 I am there all the time haha ❤️
In the next vlog I’d be interested in hearing about what overuse injuries you are currently dealing with and what you have been doing to improve and recover from them???
I ran my first marathon in that same area you're running in the first half of the video!

I think what I'm most impressed with in this video is how you knocked back that whole handful of supplements in an instant! 😂 Thank you for sharing your workouts this week - G1M! 🙌
love the hat!
TV on the Radio and Elliott Smith .. Nick is becoming a true Nashville hipster 😅.. much appreciated music!
Elliot smith saved my life back in high school
You da man Nick! Damn, you are kicking some butt. You are crushing these workouts! Thanks for sharing! Keep it up!

THis is Hollywood level production!!
Major plus the DLZ by TV on the Radio, I haven't heard that song in years.
I get a very strong Casey/Van Neistat vibes from this video. Great work!
yeahhh Shelby
So impressive to watch Nick drop his marathon time consistently at a "big" weight! Awesome stuff. Was that velocity workout fasted?
defiantly had 2 scoops of G1M sport
Welcome to Nashville Nick! Born and raised here. Would love to link up and have a run together!
Very solid, what were the recoveries on the k reps? Ciele hats look hectic
these videos are becoming legit movie quality. Who else would watch this in a theater?
