Judge someone needs to learn some basic rules.

As flipping is a state of cards in the MTG in the form of morph, and multiple other cards stating "flipped" as a state, putting cards in their improper position is not tournament legal,

4 years late to this video and now that Flash is banned, the ThOracle is the 'boogieman', so to speak, given the lack of ways to truly STOP the combo entirely. Two things I feel should have been pointed out about dealing with ThOracle: 1. The only TRUE 'silver bullets' for this combo are Trickbind and Angel's Grace, as they preclude further interaction (counterspells) due to Split Second and effectively kills the ThOracle player as they go to draw a card on their next turn. Any effect which draws TARGET player at least one card works as well, however the number of playable cards that achieve this suffer from point 2. 2. Red and Green have no effective way to stop ThOracle. If your deck does not exist in one of the Esper colors, you have *very* few ways to halt the combo. Specifically Red has a *single* counterspell and Green has one or two ways to shuffle cards back into library (assuming there are any at this point in the game); even White needs to be running Angel's Grace/Silence or one of the 'no ETB pieces. Blue has a number of counterspells capable of stopping either spell OR the trigger while Black has a number of options to force another player to draw at instant speed. If you think you might run into this combo, you have to prepare by running some very specific cards while making sure that you can FIND those cards when needed, making it a very powerful combo overall with few actual interaction points.

I wouldn't play with him. Respect the ritual of the game or kiss my ass.

Okay. Everything’s pretty cursed here. But- I will defend the shuffle and for one reason only: there are people who simply wont sell their cards, and if they want to sell them, they aren’t using them, which means they don’t get shuffled.

board state is in the rules, but what got me is when he picked up his library. most people don't pick up their library unless they are searching so in my mind I'm like "what are you doing?" also his lands don't have phasing. maybe every thing he did was wrong.

We need to normalize simply picking your cards up and walking away from the table when people are playing like lunatics. There's TWO people at my LGS who keep their mana rocks in with their lands. I CANNOT even.

Face down cards are their own thing with their own rulings, so you literally cannot do this. Also picking up your whole deck whenever you draw is suspicious as hell. That would definitely have a judge look for signs of potential cheating.

Know of a guy who puts his lands up front and creatures closer to him, so it makes it difficult to see and read his creatures. "Its how he was taught to play, because playing a control deck, the available lands are more important"

And I thought diagonal tapping was weird (if it isn’t, I didn’t know that. Been playing for less than a year)
