    This was a little difficult to follow in my opinion, and it would be difficult to define this as meditation in the strictest sense of the word or definition of that word, nevertheless, my experience of existence/being is grateful for all the Mindful organization is trying to do with these.     This is a great meditation but it's poorly recorded. Is there any way you could fix that? Rashid's voice sounds like it's coming from the next room and is almost too low to hear, even at top volume. It's much softer than the intro.

    I do 10 minutes of silence meditation a day. 10 minutes per day = 300 minutes per month...over time the mind is a lot calmer. I use a mindfulness meditation book called "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels.

What I appreciate is when Sharon Salzberg states that LovingKindness practice is attention training, and we guide our attention, or we expand our attention, usually through the silent repetition of certain phrases. Sharon says that maybe there is a feeling, maybe there is no feeling, but honestly, she does not think it matters.Dan Harris says he does this practice everyday. Tired. Too Gay With No One To Turn To. Unhappy. Lonely. Sad. I Want A Life Partner. A Naughty Playmate. A Handsome Male Companion I Can Turn To In My Hour of Need. Someone who is willing to understand me and play with me and become my affectionate companion playmate friend lover pillar of strength and support and comfort for the weary soul and spirit. I feel alone and empty and weak and tired and sad and unhappy. I don't have a life partner. There is no one for me. I feel empty and shattered. I feel weak and broken. Even my tears have dried up. I want to feel better about myself. I want to recover and gain strength in my body. I want my mind to feel more cheerful and happy. I want the comfort of a good friend and a soul mate who is willing to reach out to me in my times of despair and unhappiness and provide comfort to my tired mind and body and spirit like a true friend in times of need. Someone who can make me smile and laugh and make me feel gay and happy about myself and bring comfort to my soul and make my dreadful depression of the mind disappear from existence. My brain has become dull and numb and slow and almost blank with pain and grief and misery and unhappiness about myself. The unhappy memories haunt me all the time and make me feel miserable and unhappy and sad. Who do I turn to. Who do I reach out to. What can a lonely gay boy do. There is no one for me. They have all deserted me after stealing and vandalizing everything that I ever had in my life. I don't feel like crying because my tears have dried up. No one cares about me. I feel all alone and empty.
