    In the REST meditation, R stands for Relax your attention. Release. E is for Exhale all striving. Empty. S is for Sense the silence. Surrender. T is for Tune in to awareness. Trust.

    This is a great meditation but it's poorly recorded. Is there any way you could fix that? Rashid's voice sounds like it's coming from the next room and is almost too low to hear, even at top volume. It's much softer than the intro.
