too much sanding, sand the body pre sealer coat scuff with 0000 stel whool to remove imperfections sanding can create flat and uneven colors in your finish I like to wool between every 2 coats usually 3 coats of color and 5 to 6 coats of clear then buff out the clear to a high luster the wool promotes adhesion between and reduces the chance of chips later I use furniture reflinishing products from Mohawk or Stew Mac lacquer only automotive paint remains to soft and flexable for this application

Clearly this pedal requires other mxr pedals to get it to work properly. This pedal version was built after the introduction of the signature brand products. So it's reasonable to conclude that this modern version has that same brand exclusivity to the signal path. This version MUST REQUIRE other mxr pedals in the signal path to do the vintage style sound.

I am totally knew to this type of monitoring system Thanks for taking your time to make my life so much easier when dealing with the hook up. I'm a solo singer/guitarist, so I think this system will serve my purpose perfectly! I'm using a simple Mackie Pro FX12 Version 2 and an HK Polar 10 column. Where should I connect the transmitter? ........ to the headphone jack or monitor out to get best results. (I'm revealing just how little I know about this new venture.) I have three transmitters and the receiver. I use several guitars and it's really convenient as you turn one off and turn the next one on. It's that simple and I don't have to unplug and plug in any of the guitars I'm using. I started using channel 4 because another guitar player in our band has been using channel 1. I got a pretty bad amount of interference and drop outs on channel 4. I switched to channel 3 at rehearsal tonight and it worked fine. I have a fairly big show Saturday so that will be the test. We're now using channels 1, 2 & 3 in our band. I hope it works. Has anyone else had any problems with channel 4?

Well done. thanks for making the video. very little difference. Jimmy Page said he used to break fewer strings when running them through the bridge. the holes in the bridge on the through-body bridges place the strings at a sharp angle without a smooth transition to the saddles.

you must sand in between EVERY layer, from the beginning. You must start with a filler, then a ground and then colour and then clearcoat. Buy from CROP in Rotterdam

my eyebrows went up with the amount of glue on a new nut, without checking it first ....you lucked out. all you need is one drop, on one side; then check it, and wick a little in on the other end if it's good...if not, it's just the one drop and you can knock it back out.
