regarding more sound possiblities from stadlerpoicks: I own since 15years Westone Spectrum GT,which was made in 1987 in Japan. It has HSH 3-way switch + 3x pull pull potis (series-parallel/ on-ff mid PU/ coil-split) so it looks, like a normal guitar without exotic 6-way switch or additional knobs, but it has more sound possibilities, than shown approach.
