Sir i am recently diagnosed with AS.DR prescribed mein tofacitinib 5 mg twice and naproxen 500 twice.but due to ibs i stopped naproxen after one week.now i am taking tofacitinib only.can we take only tofacitinib .is it works for better my condition

sir my pain started from 2016 from upper neck pain then slowly shoulder elbow wrist lower back sacroliac joints knee ankle n heel pain.but i am HLAB27 negative.took nsaids done physiotherapy yoga but still dint get any relief..have taken saas also but my pain dint go away.so what should i do? Please suggest? Ortho doctors says its seronegative spondyarthropathy koi bola axial spondyarthropathy bla bla..please suggest what should i do next?? Is it AS still being HLAB27 negative??
