Only Good Exercise and good diet with lot of Natural Juice will definitely help pain elimination. I have a HLAB27 positive and living without pain and that is without medication.

Do not take two different NSAIDs. Restrict to a single NSAID
Sir I have been suffering from AS with HLAB27 positive since 4 years. I am taking SAAZ 500 twice daily with calcium and vitamins I. e Crit k2-7 and Q biofort since two months and got 30% relief.
Kindly advice.
If you have persistent pain, do talk to your rheumatologist about tofacitinib or biologics.
