Mausam change hote samay kafi baar pain hota hai. NSAIDs thode din ke liye le sakte ho.

Main 2011 se back pain se pareshan tha 2017 main blood test se mujhe AS confirm Kiya doctors ne. HLA B-27 positive aaya tha. Uske baad to life bas tablets pe kati. Maine biologics bhi liya may-june 2022 main. Fir maine ek din socha ki aise zindagi nhi kaat sakte jisme har time dimag main doctor-medicine-injection-exercise chale. Aaj main pichle 7 mahine se bilkul thik hoon. Bina dawayi, bina exercise, bina doctor, bina biologics.
AS for me is a myth. I know the secret.

Cromoplex---1 per day for last one year but there is no effect of these medicine. in 1st 6 month I also use methotrexate and iguratimode Or saaz ds but dose not work

I have axial spondyloarthopathy and high crp. The rheumatologist has suggested biologics but my pain is not that severe so I do not want to start with biologics. Can the disease progression be controlled by exercise and diet or biologics is the only treatment?

In the year of 2018 I was bedridden,

My condition is better than previous time, , after getting injection I feel better just for 2 months then I have to admit again in Hospital for this medicine infimab,

As infimab is too much costly,
You can speak to your rheumatologist & try Tofacitinib. In case it does not provide sufficient relief you may have to switch back to Infimab.
