Respected sir, I am taking tofacitinib 5 mg once a day and leading a pain free life. Do I need to take this for lifelong? Or gradually my AS condition will be better? And if I need to take it for lifelong , what are the possible worst side effects of its long term use?
How long u r on tofacitinib
It need not be taken lifelong. Do see your rheumatologist regularly & he would reduce it if you remain in remission.
Sir some people said avoiding some foods can overcome the pain or cure the AS in some patients...my rhemutalogist said don't aviod foods there is no interection of foods and AS....plz reply
