I was not able to accept that i have AS so i have consulted multiple doctors just to confirm diagnosis. Finally accepted the fact after getting confirmation from dr. Bd pandey and dr Rajeev gupta. Since i have negative HLA B27 should i less work about exponentially growing this? Also is there a permanent cure? Will i be ever able to resume sports like cricket etc. ?

Will it be any good or not sir now I am taking Ayurvedic medicine so the pain is not there after taking the medicine And when the medicine is stopped, the pain is back
Please continue meds as advised by your rheumatologist. Please do not stop them yourself. Your rheumatologist will taper the meds once you are in remission

Sir I was preparing for Indian Army CDS and I gave my.4 years for that and my.aim is to become a soldier , but as I got to know I'm having AS sacroilitis , now my rheumatologist said AS is a non cure able problem and you should avoid prepare for army . I want to ask that I have started Tofacitnib will I be able to do the physical training of army having AS. Please reply sir
You need not give up your plans to join the army. Please talk to your rheumatologist, get your AS in remission. Once in remission, you can definitely go ahead with your plans. I will post a video answering your question in detail next sunday. Do have a look.
