Sir I have AS from last 4-5 yrs. I have visited so many doctors and carried out all most tests. While bone density test found my bone density is reduced I am so worried about it I am 37 yrs old. I visited your hospital in before 8 months. You prescribed me EZact MR daily for 20 days. Sampraz and saaz D5, uprise D360k and shell cal. There was no pain for 1and half month after that pain started again . I works in merchant navy so I was away from home. Still I have pain I takes EZact MR at ones in every 4-5 days. Is it safe to take EZact Mr for such long time? And which medicines I have to continue, I am away from home so not possible for me to visit your clinic thank you sir.
Thank you doctor, I have been an AS (Seronegative) warrier , My PFT,ECG (all lungs & heart related Tests) are normal. I am also on antidepressants daxid and Rivotril 0.5mg .For the last few years, I have been suffering from chest tightness ,pain , fatigue and feelings of shortness of breath in episodes. Difficult to tell you without examining you. One can have arthritis with negative reports.

@@DrShashankAkerkar sir mai aa sakta hu but meri mummy ji nhi aa sakti hai. mujhe bhi ankylosing spondylitis h or mai saaz ds use kerta hu, mujhe 90% aram hai, maine previous month 45 day tak tablet nhi li but barish chalu hone ke baad 1 tablet lena pedh rha hai. per mom ka abhi pata nhi h confirm kerna h unhe bhi AS hai kya?

If HLA B27 Test nigative then it's not ankylisting spondylitis
If ESR/ CRP is normal & MRI SI joints is also normal; one needs to look at other causes. This can at times happen with very early AS well.
