CANDLES-
I found the glass for $5 at a local antique store.
To temper the glass, I heat a large pot of water and add the glass and slowly bring to low boil. I remove and let cool down.
I heat the candle wax to 185 degrees and add 15-20 drops essential oil of choice. I let the wax cool down to 140 before pouring into the glass (be very careful).
I add dried flowers of choice after the wax has had some time to harden, but still a bit soft on top. After 8-24 hrs the candles are ready to burn.

RECIPES-
Homemade Meat Balls
1 lb Ground Turkey
3 Tablespoons Parmesan
1 Clove Garlic Grated
Fresh Herbs (I used fresh basil, oregano, thyme, parsley)
2 slices of bread chopped
Pinch Of Salt & Pepper
Bake at 375 until brown. Add to crock pot with marinara of choice and cook on low or high depending on serving time.
Toast sandwich bread with drizzled olive oil and dried Italian herbs.
Add Meatballs and marinara. Add Mozzarella, and broil on low until cheese is melted.
Add Parmesan.
Peach Popsicles-
2 Peaches Chopped
2 Cups Chamomile Tea (with 2-3 tablespoons honey added while hot)
Blend when the tea has cooled and add to Popsicle molds.

FYI- Lavender oil is highly toxic to cats!!
Arg. I've heard so many mixed things about this. According to the ASPCA Poison Control Center these are the 10 toxic essential oils for cats: Wintergreen oil Peppermint oil Pine oil Eucalyptus Clove oil Tea tree/Melaleuca oil Citrus oil or those containing d-limonene Ylang Ylang Cinnamon oil Pennyroyal oil I've never had any issues with Lavender, but I will stop with lavender just to be safe. Thanks for letting me know.
@@racheltalbott I know. I thought I googled it also. I take a bath with lavender EO & my cat loves to drink it. He was throwing up & had I not read a random goat book I would have killed my cat. I was so thankful to of learned this. You obviously Love your kitty too so I had to let you know !!

Rachel what flowers do you grow in your wild garden ? Also do you have a mixture for soil for your herbs ? What is your lemon balm drying plan ? Also I used loose leaf black tea each day on my hydrangeas for orchid and pink blooms .

Rachel, I've always loved your videos!! Thanks for another great one :) I've noticed that you've been changing your thumbnails the last few videos, and the design isn't really resonating with the feel of your channel - perhaps return to your old thumbnail structure? But that's just my thoughts!
@@loomonda18 Yeh. I have a few options I've been experimenting with. Do you feel it's too young/ colorful? Bubbly? These are how I used to do my thumbnails back in the day, so I was experimenting with them again. I have a few options I've saved that I can switch to.
@@racheltalbottYes a bit too young feeling, imo - but I like the addition of text to the thumbnail so you get a sense of what the video is about. But perhaps adding the text without all the colour over top of the thumbnails, in a more neutral/white to make it feel more elevated? Just suggestions!

@@racheltalbott For sure! Maybe adding a black/grey drop shadow or even putting the white text over top a black box, or vice versa - hope my suggestions were of some help!
