I've had a goal of sharing my own music creations in the background of my videos for years, and I'm so happy I'm finally able to. With the help of my amazing producer, writing partner and good friend @ChrisJustice we've been creating music together for SYNC (TV, Commercials, Movies etc) and more of my own originals too. I played piano and wrote to this song called "Find My Way Home." I will be sharing more soon.

I love watching your evolution Rachel! It appears similar to mine in many ways. Was career focused working in plastic surgery and had a lot going on materialistically and now we live in a simple home on 70 acres with our three little kids our youngest being three months. I recently in the last two weeks went back to work and I can just tell it’s not where my heart and mind are anymore and we are planning on having me stay home with the kids full time till they are older now. We love our chickens , dogs and home made food . It’s such a fulfilling life.

I've read that it's best to leave the sheets pulled back in the morning for a few hours to let them breathe. Helps with moisture, bacteria, etc.

You can use fresh herb for tea :) don't have to dry them... its better for you and taste better in my opinion
I love fresh too!! Yum!! Since I have so much, I like to dry a portion of it to store for the winter months too.

Every time I see you use your Cade’s Cove mug it just makes me smile 😊 We are planning a summer trip to Cade’s Cove! It’s our favorite place in the world…we named our son Cade 💙 Super excited for all the things growing 🌱 And those precious chicks! Spring in just the best 🌼
We absolutely love Cades Cove. It's so special. We're going back in the fall. Fall and spring are my favorite seasons!!!

How do you like the snail mucin? I’ve been using it for about a month and I’m not sure yet.

Oh. We don’t do naked sauna in America (unless it’s a spa specifically for that). It’s a co ed gym.
