What's For Dinner?
6-8 chicken drumsticks
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Cover the chicken in the spices, salt, pepper & olive oil. Bake covered at 325 degrees for approx 1 hr. (we let it bake while we were at soccer practice.) Uncover the last 5 minutes, and turn the oven up to 500 degrees.
2 cups broccoli florets boiled
A drizzle of lemon juice and olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 cups cooked white rice
Lemon Juice and Soy sauce to taste

Hi Rachel, I always know fall is upon us when you post pumpkin spice content. I am definitely a pumpkin spice fan and I even order that flavor in Green Mountain K-pods year round. Living on the east coast definitely is nice with the change of seasons and i love every one of them except winter. It's not so much the cold, it's snow and ice here in the city where it is just an inconvenient mess. I'm hoping for a mild winter like last year, but I don't feel like that's going to happen. I do love winter soups and stews, so any recipes Byron wants to share would be welcomed. I am so happy everyone has grown to love Nashville and is finding their groove. Enjoy the Lush goodies!

If you cook your broccoli in boiling water with plenty of salt and keep the lid off, it stays vibrant green and does not smell

In Tennessee there are rain storms and it can be humid in the summer. California is very dry and hot in the summer. No rain at all.

Hey!! Thanks for asking. I need to update my website. We were at Barstool Nashville every Sunday through the Summer, and then few gigs during the week at 12/30 Club & Whiskey Row. Right now I'm waiting on the Fall/Winter schedule. We will most likely be changing our regular spot to the 12/30 club. That seems to be the best fit for my band out of all the venues. I will update my website as soon as I know the schedule (we should have several dates in October.) With that said, I am shifting focus a little bit to studio work. xo
