Unless the ATACMS hit something significant..like a plane which would be pure luck, the tower or a fuel tank..its not going to do much..its not an effective weapon for attacking an open area target like an airfield..any damage to the runways or taxiways would be repaired before you could even reload the ATACMS launcher...most military airfields have the equipment and stockpiles of materials ready to go. Unless you have something like the old JP233 which spread mines around the damaged area its more for propaganda and moral support than an effectivec attack.
