- A Reactor at the ZNPP has been hit by a drone-mounted explosive which has been reported by the IAEA. The IAEA has not been allowed access to the powerplant, but assure that everything is under control although lacking information to make any statement about the severity of the attack. 3 Spies and Assassins have been arrested overnight for plotting in support of the Russian government in Germany and Poland. Ukraine may be getting 6 Patriot Batteries from NATO very soon. Meanwhile we are hearing that Iran is "changing it's Nuclear Deterrence" and that Israel may be forming a Coalition against Iran.

He said they need 25 Patriots to protect the entire country. 7 is just bare minimum for larger cities. 7 is not enough. Europe needs to cough them up immediately, they can get them back if they actually need them in the future. It is the moment to go all in. The feeling of regret and self loathing will be indescribable when the west loses. Just like it's done with climate change, excruciating hesitation will lead to catastrophic failure.

If Israel gets Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and UAE in on this fight Iran does not have a chance. They would not even need NATO's help.
wrong topic
You seem to forget that Iran can and is going to strike back in a war and guess who's right next door to them? The UAE and Saudi Arabia. Those two are already going to feel the economic hurt if this turns hot and they're not active participants let alone when they're on the receiving end of an Iranian strike. The gulf of Hormez is not particularly a big problem for Iranian missiles to cross and most of the valuable places of all those nations are located along that gulf.
UAE and Saudi Arabia helping Israel would be the dumbest thing they could do. They would essentially be damage sponges for Israel. If the USA guarantees their safety like it did around the 2000's then the USA is going to get pulled into an Iraq 2.0. I heard that experience wasn't too popular and I can't imagine it being popular considering the USA only just left Afghanistan.
@@TheShadowOfZama Ummm. Look again as Saudi Arabia's military assets. They have at least the same size ground forces and 2-3 times the air force of Iran and MUCH newer equipment. The only advantage Iran has is likely more long range missiles and drones. UAE even has a larger air force, but a much smaller ground force. Iran is greatly outclassed. Iran and their proxies do have a lot of drones and a lot of missiles, especially unguided ones, so Iran is not defenseless, but they also do not have the best training either or leadership either.
@@toddabbott781 The Saudi military is without a doubt one of the best armies of the world if one looks at the quality of their equipment and ignores their competency or rather lack thereof. We're talking about the same guys who have been trying to defeat the Houthis for like a decade or so and have not succeeded.
Not to mention Israel is not a friend of the Arab nations so much as a...lesser evil compared to Iran and Turkey. Jordan and Egypt literally get bribed by America to be cordial towards Israel by ways of heaps of American money Like seriously look up how much money the USA gives to these countries for free under th guise of "coöperation". Saudi Arabia knows its military is inept and since the USA has made it clear they're not going to fight for the Saudi's in the same way they did when Saddam Hussein was still around the Saudi's are looking for other security guarantors and Israel is the best option at the moment. This is why Saudi Arabia and Israeli relations were improving.
However keep in mind that protecting Saudi Arabia and the UAE against Iran is tough. A significant portion of their economically important facilites are located at basically point blank range for Iranian strikes. Pretty much all of their oil fields are located near the Persian gulf. Whilst the same is true for Iran that is going to be a scant comfort for both the Saudis and the UAE when like 90% of their economy is at risk of being taken offline.
Israel does not have the capacity to protect those two by themselves (which they would need to do since those two are by and large militarily incompetent, which is a by product of the focus on loyalty rather than competency). The USA would need to get involved for such a protection umbrella to be provided which is of course not something a lot of Americans are probably interested in.
Wrong topic + UAE and Jordan will never get involved in a direct war against Iran.
So, an active Nuke plant doesn't mean or insinuate imitate danger. The higher and longer a reactor is on line, meaning that the fuel rods are removed from the cooling pool, it means the rods are hotter and more unstable they will be. If the plant is and/or has been off line, i.e.. rods fully submerged for a while, it is very stable and safe. Even if there was an event that resulted in a reactor leaking radiation, no one would know! It will not have a mushroom cloud over it.
With all the drones hitting the ZNPP Russia refuses to show photos of the impacts and drone debris.
Affords then the ability to deny that it's their fault (their drones).
I suspect that's why they won't let the IAEA in, either, as photos would be taken.
Not that RUZ couldn't clean up debris first... but if it *was* attributed to jammers, then they probably wouldn't want to be bothered with having to hide all of them first.
_(I'm sure they really don't want the IAEA there just because it would show all the unsavory and unsafe things RUZ military is doing there, like parking vehicles inside plant structures as we've already seen; plus that they're probably letting the infrastructure go to pot.)_
@@DUKE_of_RAMBLE Going to be honest, I am an explosive expert and the hole they did show looked like a Zuni rocket impact. not a drone.
@@Kolljak Interesting! Thanks.

Hello Enforcer hitting the nuclear plant again this is getting really dangerous Слава Україні! 🇺🇦🦖✊
All six reactors are in cold shutdown. They are not active as of three day ago. The Ukranian staff refused Russian requests to power them up.
Great reporting, thank you.
The only reason Russia has lasted as long as it has is not because of their battle doctrine or even industry, but their higher willingness to get their own men killed in a war. Authoritarian regimes can only remain in power through fear and propaganda and censorship, since what they do is not only unethical, but also not respectable for anyone who knows all the context.
This unfortunately is a disadvantage democracy has in a war. We don't want as many people to die. We are more humane for better or for worse. Russia is only still in Ukraine because they simply do not care if their men die. While Ukraine is fighting to not be under such an authoritarian government.
Overall, war of attrition is not about who has more stuff than the other, but rather how much the two sides are willing to lose. This is why the US lost in Vietnam, since the public wasn't as willing to take casualties as the communists, and it will end up being the reason Ukraine loses if the Western alliance doesn't get their shit together and support them.
Ukraine is as willing as Russia to take casualties to avoid being ruled by a dictator that treats their men as meat shields, but does not have the industrial power to take on such a massive number of men alone. The west has the industrial power to assist Ukraine and even to assist in driving Russia out, but unfortunately they are not as willing to send their own equipment to Ukraine because a lot of people see it as "these are weapons I paid for with taxes!" And they don't see just how important it is to keep Russia from taking Ukraine.
The Cold War never ended, only rebranded. Ukraine is now another battlefield of the cold war, and we must treat it as such to prevent authoritarian expansion.
How many men, women and children must die at the hands of Russian missiles and drones to realize that this is not a country that is safe to expand? How many times must history prove that appeasement to authoritarians does not prevent war? How many times must we see that these governments will not stay within their borders if left unprovoked before we see that the only way to fight the darkness of the world is with weapons in hand? It is imperative that we do not look at the casualties of Ukraine and say "this is terrible let's submit to Russia," and rather look at the casualty number and think "This is terrible, let's give the enemy of my enemy the armaments they need to disable Russia's ability to commit these atrocities."
If you want to have lasting peace, you must show a dictator that he can not have what he wants just because he is powerful, and instead show him that power does not equal claim. They must be shown that unprovoked wars will be met with provoked support. If the west is not as willing to take casualties as dictator led nations, we must prevent the casualties by giving more weapons and support.

Hey, Matt - If Israel is preparing a salvo into Iran, they need other states to allow them to use the airspace, perhaps air bases, considering they’ll be using F-35’s.
Who? Why do you think Israel wanted a bunch of new air-to-air refuelers?
@@feoxorus They have to use other countries’ air spaces which are equipped with anti-aircraft capabilities, so they need to co-ordinate with them, or even have call signs for contacts to air traffic control in those areas. I kind of thought this would be obvious.
Man right on a major water source too.
The concrete reactor housing is almost a bunker, so very likely it would do nothing to hit it. With regards to that reactor probably the worst thing that it could be rigged to do is be a dirty bomb like Chernobyl, but without a load of graphite to help cloud it out.
Good point, i was wondering if those re😮actors where of the chernobyl type. rbmk was it ?
There is a picture showing whatever hit it last time had gone through the concrete...
There was a good size hole and it looked to have gone all the way through...??
@@Yomoddan These ones are not RBMKs, they are more like American ones.
It is Russian mores and logic to purposely threaten the plant as a warning. The same logic as threats to launch nuclear weapons, which is silly if Riussia would like to continue in existence. The recent frenzy belies a fear.
I'm thinking one threat Iran is underestimating at this point is Iraq. They have a history, they have competing interests, and Iraq's army has been trained and somewhat modernized by the US and has performed quite well against ISIS not that long ago. Its strength has maybe slilpped under the radar for some oobservers but I bet it's considerable.
I just heard on news bombing in Iraq.

Good evening Enforcers! A jit on the nuculear session is always a bad idea. Very disturbing.
how is it that every time a drone hits a toilet factory there are 4 people with video of it, but no footage of a nuclear reactor being hit?
Well, generally anyone filming near a reactor, regardless of which side, would be treated as incredibly suspicious and probably told to knock it off very sternly in a small room in the back in the language of blunt objects. As for security footage, it's Russian policy to delete anything incriminating towards them!
@@KertaDrake and no nearby cameras pointed at it from either side? Nobody lives near the power plant?
Nice job 😁. Good 😃 to have news from Reagan.
I do wonder!! If the reactor is leaking then radiation would be the cause of the drones failing in mid-flight right over the reactors!!

“Is it conceivable to establish global legislation under the auspices of the UN to ensure military protection of nuclear plan against any aerial threat, whether from drones, rockets, or missiles?”
This is in addition to the strike on the 8th? Which was highly reported & Russia blamed Ukraine.. 😮😢😅
All those 6 reactors are in the Off position. Meltdowns are impossible.
The last I heard, five were in cold shutdown but still fueled, and one was on standby running at a fraction of power. Wouldn't take more than a few minutes to pull all the control rods out, and meltdown wouldn't take more than that with the cooling shutdown.
Used fuel rods need to be cooled because of heat from decay of isotopes. Idk if those are stored within the reactor's containment tho. Also the coolant pump needs electricity and afaik the plant has lost it's backup powerline
That's not how it works.
@@Yomoddan That's more accurate.

According to a report some weeks ago the reactors are in cold shut down which means that the feed water cooling is below 200 degrees at atmospheric pressure. This is essentially a safe condition.
There is never a "safe" condition for a nuclear reactor after it has been loaded for its first test.
@@feoxorus True. Obviously, a containment breach makes a classic dirty bomb. What I'm saying is that in its cold shutdown state, the reactor is less likely to have an explosive pressure vessel breach reaction should any of its secondary systems be compromised assuming that the core has been safed (as far as any core can be safed).
This guy is here only for the money, not Ukraine.
did it actually hit a reactor or did it hit the training center not even on the premises again? Last time the russians said it hit a reactor the IAEA said the next day that it was a building outside of the nuclear plant perimeter.
From what we heard it’s the containment structure of a reactor that was hit
