- Today we learn that Ukraine has attacked and destroyed another Russian Black Sea Fleet Vessel. GUR representative Andriy Yusov said that a Project 12150 high-speed coast guard patrol boat "Mongoose" was hit and destroyed by a Ukrainian Magura V5 naval drone overnight. We also learn that Russia has officially threatened Britain with strikes on its territory. Russia has also threatened nuclear strikes if NATO troops are deployed to Ukraine. They probably do but we're dealing with an insane entity here. At the current rate, there isn't going to be much of Russia left once the rest of the refineries are dismantled as well as Russian industry.

I thought the US was helping with logistics of running an F16 fleet so they've been refurbishing and training so although the F16s aren't from the US they are effectively delivering the iykwim

Gee Russia seemed pretty scared of the US's 48 year old budget aircraft when they have such aircraft as the Su-35 and Su-57... which was actually spotted near Ukraine being escorted by 3 Su-35. Of course for some reason Ukraine had no problem picking up the Su-57 on its radar.

That was not a Mongoose that was hit; the profile is different, and the size is also different. The ship that was hit was much smaller and had a different deck shape.
some are reporting is was a KS-701 TUNETS - "Tuna" (English translation) fast patrol boat ...

On Sunday nights stream you showed a clip of a Bradley taking multiple hits and still moving. Denys Davadov showed the same clip but he stated that when the russian threw in a grenade in the open rear door that all of the Ukrainians were killed. This saddens me. I have relatives in Ukraine who have yet not been injured, even though their city is constantly attacked with missiles, drones and glide bombs.

Not a boat but an airplane that was hit, the drone strikes the wing strut as the video ends. Also notice the twin vertical stabilizers at left and propeller blades poking through the camo netting. Possibly a BE 12 flying boat.

While I disagree with this war, I find it almost comical that Russia is crying that they are losing and basically are saying if they are not allowed to "win" they will throw a tantrum.
Threatening the UK with a military attack on its soil is ludicrous. The only capability the Russians have is naval and nuclear. The chance of nuclear strike is very slim, leaving a naval attack. Whilst the UK defence is a shadow of its former self and the Russian Northern Fleet is powerful, the British submarine Fleet is very capable and the Royal Air force, though small, is very capable. The Russians would suffer a significant mauling. Additionally, from a NATO perspective, an attack on one is an attack on all.
Therefore my conclusion is that this is more sabre rattling, in the hope the British people and government will be cowed!
