Thank you for your kind words !!! Cucumbers are very needy plants I think .. they like water and moisture ... Try to put east water and a bit of charcoal like I done at the beginning .. I done second time few weeks ago as I don't think they good as they could be .. next year will plant less of them ... As they definitely need food when they grow. I do like pointing and maybe because I can see difference straight away not like never ending crushing rock LOL we done more digging and more crushing this morning .. and tomorrow we will work on making wall in that corner .. today I was already thinking do we really need this patio??? It will be worth gold as it's a hard job ;) I adore Guinea hens they so cute !!! yesterday I let them out for first time ohh my .. they run like whiled I could not keep up with them because I didn't want to leave my eys site !!! this morning when I let them all for morning run they where better ... but still they are SUPER fast :)

@@portugalitis True they are fast, and keeping up with them will be a challenge, perhaps a leash is in order! And yes I remember you used yeast and i will be doing that this week as well. Apparently it is good for more than just cucumbers so I will try it on my beans. The patio is going to be a great place to have, it will have a roof over it and it will allow you some shelter from the sun when you want to just enjoy being outside and relaxing! But first you need to “get cracking” on that rock, LOL!

This evening they been so much better !!! stayed with chickens almost all the time ;) will get cracking tomorrow morning again .. this evening I cracked opened a bottle of chilled white wine .. to have one glass LOL because why not ;)

Hi Caroll yes we will do ring beam and so far we don't have plans to go higher it will take more time and more man power and we don't really need that hight oh and I just realised new kitchen hight is the same as barn so no more hights :) G it's good as it is !!!!

Just fisherman !!!There is like beach area there with café and ect so people go there but we like to be away from it ... we like peace and quite ;) (it's further down the dirt track so not many people willing to go there .. but we got truck so we good ;) )

Yes I did used to this "temporary" kitchen and I don't mind it BUT I will be very happy to have everything in one place and separate from everyone cha cha ... Thank you Paulette !!! We actually eating from garden for a month I think .. it's just so rewording and so much easier to live sustainable when it's summer time !!! That's why I want to do more preservation so we could eat veg during winter and spring :) But it comes with time and each year will be easier and it is nice to share it and get compliments like yours !!!
