One of my all time fav bands!
Miss U James!
A brand new sunrise is on our way ❤😊
I like this very much. everything is in balance with harmony in the band. The sound is good, not to much reverb on the guitar, which is common. 👍❤️
In VERY loving memory of Mr. Earl King (1934 - 2003 R.I.P. Gone but NOT forgotten).
IT’S BEEN AWHILE NOW JAMES
Bruce Katz on Hammond.......knock's me out! This band is the best. Desert island material. Deserves more!
Ohhhhh yeahhhhh💜💜

Wow! Mr Geraci!!!!! All!
I used to run an Anytime Fitness for years and Gary was a member. Such a nice guy. I found this and he didn't even know he was on CZcams 😂
realy!? what s going on whit gary now? he is realy good on gitar here! i heard that he left music?
@@GT-nw9yt I THINK he was in insurance or something boring like that. He lives in my town and he's still a handsome devil and and SO nice. 🎸
@@tammiehammett5054 I had a video of him and Duck playing two HOT instrumentals opening for John Lee Hooker on CZcams but can't find it. I'm 71 and think that that is some of the finest playing ever
@@tammiehammett5054 thank you very much! which town is that?
@@GT-nw9yt I feel weird about answering that because it's someone else's location but he's in Oregon.
Having played and heard a lot of blues, I really have to say that this may be the toughest double-shuffles on all of CZcams. George Raines and June Core are two drummers off the top of my head who I’ve heard lay down this kind of floating, slightly behind shuffle groove. So fun and easy to play over.
That's Frosty Smith on drums filling in for the Fran Christina shuffle king.
Name of this song?
@@edgaralejandro9210 Big Town Playboy. Originally by Eddie Taylor.
Saw this band half a dozen times in a little 75 seat venue called The Downhome Pickin' Parlor in Johnson City, TN during the 80's-90's. Awesome every time. Caroline Dahl and Rodney Hatfield have very few peers. RIP Nick. Thank You!
I believe
1:50 That rock solid groove of Jimmie V. Nothing else like it.
Gat damn!, look at that lineup all in their Prime....
One of my favorite blues guitarist.
I wonder what bass player Joe Leon is doing now? Whole band had great feel!
Texas blues at it's best..... RIP Denny, we'll miss you!
I sure do miss Denny Freeman on guitar - one helluva nice man.
Great track from Icepick James Harman Band,,Darlin'. I was lucky enough to see him four times live. First time in November 99 @ Cafe Boogaloo, Redondo Beach, and Camden Town, London 2016. My favourite bluesman. RIP. James Harman 🙏❤️🙏❤️
Great player with soul and good lines.
Saw him in St. Louis at the Furst Rock, in May of 1990.
Back when Austin was still weird. What a great town now it's just muskville
Still amazing to think about the fact that this was played in my home town Nijmegen
class.....
James Harmon was like a brother to me ever country he toured he sent me postcards informing he was alright having fun entertaing and telling me that there was no good barbecue on some of the stops we shot the album cover for EXTRA NAPKINS in front of my restaurant Burrell's barbecue in Santa Ana when I hear a harmonica blowing I look to the heavens I see my brother James rocking with his harp looking in that same direction 🙏
Texas school ! The best ! MV
Denny Freeman, Wilson, Vaughn, etc…a line up that is 2nd to none.
