Oh yeah, I forgot this song is actually "Little Bluebird" an old Stax records tune popularized by the late Little Milton. Carl Weathersby toured with Little Milton too!
Another point about this video. I have been to the Chicago Blues Fest over 8 times. This looks more like the inside of Buddy Guy's Legend club. I see people sitting around tables. At night at the Blues Fest, all activity is at the Petrillo Band Shell and the seating are rows after rows of straight back chairs. Maybe this show took place during the Chicago Blues Fest which is usually the first Thursday through Sunday in June. Great track here of what you were able to record.
It looks like Carl Weathersby is playin' either a washburn HB30 OR HB35..but on washburns website i only get the HB30 in that same colour guitar he has, BUT with dot inlays and not the block inlays like he has.
I have been looking for a tune by James Cotton. Its possible the greatest harmonica song I have ever heard. Its smokin I thought the name had the words BLUE BLAZER in it. Any info you can provide would be great.
just billy branch.. is the bestª
I wish I could have been there...

This was originally recorded at Buddy Guy's Legends in Chicago during the mid 90's. This is a tune made famous by the late Little Milton.
