25:14 I swear... EVERYONE fucking loves Koopa's Tycoon Town. EXCEPT for me. I actually hate this board due to how it actually works. Windmilleville did it better, and as a bonus, Bowser time actually made it worthwhile. Here are the flaws Koopa's Tycoon Town have for me and honestly why it's the one board that I'd be glad to never return in a future Mario Party Game. 1) Lucky Spaces basically break the board wide open. Especially on longer games (Get both lucky spaces and if you are skilled enough to have 100 coins, guarante yourself 3 free stars that nobody can even steal from.) 2) Not enough ways to get hotels stolen from. You have a few Bandit spaces, yet the game just ends up not giving them enough to really matter. 3) Bowser and DK actually do jack crap and it's a shame that this isn't talked about. DK is fine, but Bowser is a massive problem. If Bowser actually stole coins from all hotels or did something more, it would help shake things up. He's honestly worthless in this game. At least with Bowser-time, he or even Koopa Kid could randomly screw over a single windmille. Otherwise, I'd say he is far better in all the other boards. EVEN Bowser's Warped Orbit.

Imagine if they did 8 Player Mario Party in a future game. 8-player Mario Party 7 was a test, for when the future Mario Party game releases with this gimmick back.

Ngl I don’t enjoy playing demos so I won’t do this but I will say this game looks like it’s gonna blast when it comes out because it looks awesome! My only pet peeve with this game is you go in the background and you can’t really see yourself it just kind of annoys me but other than that I’m excited for this game 😊

This is such a great video! It’s great seeing love for these games, especially America’s Test Kitchen! I bought that game on a whim at a thrift store once and I’ve ended up using it a lot! It’s super intuitive, has really great presentation, and it’s awesome to have a bunch of recipes on hand rather than worrying about having to search for something new in the vastness of the internet. Some of the recipes have become staples of my cooking that I make super frequently!

This bothers me about Brain Age. It presupposes that a younger brain is 'healthier', I guess? I'm not sure I agree with this. You can be equally slack jawed at any age and sharp minded. Yes dementia might be a thing. But is doing lots of mental arithmetic going to improve anything but that task/s? I don't think so. But I would advocate something not akin to trivial, simple tasks but to holistic and connected expansive thought, to help you to achieve clarity in your thought process overall and identify issues. This is training for chain gang office job type brain work.

Question: are Nintendo the nonsense fad company? Do I get comments critiqued when I delete them...?

After watching what you’ve released of this series so far, I’m curious how many games you play on each board and with how many players for your research

The fact you was able to play in multi without another cartridge was pure genius

The way I see it, mini games where you just have to waggle the most are the equivalent to mashing. It’s not incredibly exciting, but it’s a part of the Mario Party experience. I personally prefer waggling to mashing purely based off growing up with a Wii, and I suspect older folks’ preference is for similar reasons.

Tbh I like having semi-predictable bonus stars like in MP7/8. I think 5/6 is a good number so that you can keep them in mind while still not being totally sure of the results till the end. Do wish there was no shopping Star tho.

Anyone else expect a Hello Fresh ad when he introduced the cooking games?

Is everybody going to ignore story mode? The system of rating your performance on each board is unfair. You need to try and fail multiple times before you can get an S ranking, and you don’t even get to play all of the boards when you do!

I've recently picked up a pristine condition DSi XL in brown/black (yes, the colourway that all the elderly people bought) and I was literally looking to see how I could use it in my daily life to provide me a form of routine. This was such an interesting, well made and fun video to watch. I already have Brain Training but I'm looking to improve my cooking so I might look into getting Cooking Guide!
