Depending on Government assistance in the area, some of these people are facing paying a mortgage to the bank for the rest of their lives, on buildings that no longer exist, on acreage that has washed out to the ocean along a highway that may never be rebuilt.
The ones that managed to save their vehicles and trailers, getting them to sections of road that didn’t wash away will never be paid by insurance. The vehicles are fine. They aren’t damaged. They just can never be driven again…

Except, I think I broke my cat Walle. At home, he goes crazy for killing flying insects. He does the murder chirps when he sees them. Chases them around and eats them. He eats at least 10 moths per night at home, the the point we had to turn off the patio lights. I thought taking him to the bottom of Grouse Mountain, he’d go nuts and kill thousands. Instead, he just froze.

5 years later and this video is awesome still! Was reading the description. Funny it was about the GoPro Hero 7. That’s my first and only GoPro. I am still rocking it. I want to upgrade, but I don’t like the fact they took the GPS off of them.
