Chicken Feet Bone Broth - Very Thick Gelatin / Collagen.
Directions for anyone interested:
FIRST: I cut the feet up 2 cuts down the bone and cut the longest finger to expose more bone and insides..
I added water to a pot and got it boiling.. No salt or seasoning..
Then, I poured it over the chicken feet and I added 1/4 Cup of ACV to it.
I let it sit for about 1/2 hour and put it in the crock pot on high..
I let it run on high all night (put it on in the evening), about noon the next day turned it on low and let it cook all day, then, turned it of and let it cool slowly to room temp and strained it and cooled it..
It was total Gel..
I roughly followed this recipe.

The Blueberry Wine has had a vacuum pulled on it, and first racking after that, the Potassium Metabisulfate and Sorbate added to stop the Ferment, and disable the yeast, and waited 8 hours for that, then, added the Bentonite Clay for the Final Clearing.. It's looking pretty sweet.. Tastes good too.. It is 15% Alcohol or 30 Proof.. Don't get that from the Store.. Ha.Ha.. White wine is about 12%,...

      Are you trying to say that seeing what was necessary to pull a car up on a trailer using a second vehicle, using a strap and a Quick Link or "Connecting Link" was not descriptive enough? That you needed to actually see the slow process of actually pulling the vehicle to see how it was actually done? Use your imagination.. Everything else needed was in clear view in the video. All I did was pull forward, which pulled the towed vehicle forward and then stopped.. Did you think I did something else sneaky off film? Just in case,, it took 2 people.. One in the Blue Tahoe and one in the towed vehicle getting pulled up. I didn't flag anyone down on the highway to video that part.. BUT,, at least you should know how the Strap situation works, and, that is the most important thing... But, you might consider doing something else other than what I did to be safe, since you feel like what you saw was "No Help at all".. It could be dangerous for you. Personally, I felt like there was zero danger, but, that video would have been enough for me to begin with.. Kind of like using a table saw without a riving knife and every other Safety attachment.. Didn't use them for 60+ years, why should I bother with using them now.. But, I would highly recommend "You" use them all..

      BTW... What is your CZcams Channel and what Free Contributions have you made to the CZcams Community to help others who help you? Just wondering.. I don't see where you have uploaded anything!! But, you still complain? I see you didn't waste your time, showing someone EXACTLY what to do and how to do it, only to have someone complain about it.. Get the trailer and see if you can figure out how to do it yourself.. When you do, and you see what the problem is, since you have trouble imagining it,,, when you do, you can refer back to the video and see exactly what I did that you can also do to make it easy to load up what you want to load up... I wish CZcams would force people to upload content to be able to see content here on YT.. It would reduce "keyboard driver errors"like are above. Maybe you could put something up about the Clinton Global Initiative, or, maybe something about how Radical Islam is a Religion of Peace.. Maybe quote some of the verses in the Koran that tell you not to even associate with people like me, and to c-u-t my head o-f-f. Let me know if you don't know the verses, I'll send them to you.. I wasn't surprised to see your Subscribe list.. It just goes to show. The Fox News Tampa did seem to be out of the ordinary for someone subscribed to the Clintons Initiative.. BTW.. What does Jihad mean again?? Talk about wasting my time!! But, I type with all 10 fingers, so, well worth the comment..

    • @MarkThomas123
      @MarkThomas123 Před měsícem

      Still going.. It was pretty cold, and my sinuses were pissed, etc.. But, smoking is not good for you and, they put so many extra chemicals in Cigarettes, they should be made illegal.. I'm sure half of them are designed just to be addictive.. I have done a lot of things in my days, but, cigarettes has to be one of the most addictive things I have ever dealt with.. I'm sure it is equal to or worse than Meth, Heroine, etc... But, it was handy during the Plandemic.. Nicotine kept the venoms off of my Ace 7 Receptors and didn't have any problems with Covid.. My girlfriend (non-smoker) was coughing/hacking for 2 weeks, sleeping in the same bed, me taking care of her. I worked a project all night and got 7 hours sleep over 5 days, woke up the 6th day and said to myself,,, aw shit, it got me.. Took a double dose of Ivermectin and about 6000IU of Vitamin C, went back to bed, woke up 4 hours later and I was fine.. First thing she asked me was,, "What was that you took"?? I told her, the "Horse Shit" is what you called it when I tried to give it to you.. Ha..Ha.. Can I have some?? Ha..Ha... Yep,, 3 days later, she was back to work after 2 weeks of coughing/hacking... Makes you wonder why Fauci and the FDI lied about Ivermectin working.. Besides,,, it was invented for Humans for what is called River Blindness, and, it is listed on the WHO as an Essential medicine and one of the few that earned a Nobel Prize.. It and Hydroxychloroquine(best in early stages of Covid, but, not later), are safer than taking a tylenol.. Shame our Government and Medical Systems are so corrupt.. Just search the NIH.Gov website as a google advanced search for the term "Ivermectin + Cancer" and spend an hour reading the studies.. Same with Corona and Cold/Flu.. Yep.. The Medical books up until the Mid 1970's, had a section called "Disease Transmission", and there was ZERO mention of Virus, which in Latin convert to "poison or Venom", it was all about Parasites.. So, Ivermectin first for ANY problem you have, because, it is THAT GOOD!!! Something they hoped we would NEVER learn about... Ha..Ha.. Too Bad... Look up Alfa 7 Nicotinic Receptors and Nicotine.. The receptors prefer Nicotine over the Venoms they were pushing in the water, etc.. Next favorite is Ivermectin, but, you need to use Binders to get the venoms out.. Bentonite Clay 1/8 tsp per 32oz a day, every day you take the IVR, and it should be taken in 3 doses.. One per day for 3 days... A double dose the first day.. Best IVR is the liquid for Cows/Pigs.. Simple dosing is on the bottle.. 1 CC or ML per every 110lbs.. Get a 3cc syringe with the largest needle you can buy for it and you are ready for their next plandemic. Be it Disease X or Bird Flu.. Not sure which one they are going to push on us.. Good Luck.. Don't smoke, you can get nicotine from the patch, or chew while they are pushing the shit on us.. BTW.. Google Covid-19 and Venoms and spend an hour reading.. It's not a secret any more.. Too many studies to hide it.. But, don't expect to see it on CNN/MSNBC OR Fox/Newsmax.. They are ALL owned by the same people, follow the money trail high enough.. Same as the Democrat and Republicans are two wings on the Same Bird, same as most Prosecutors/Judges and Defense attorneys act like the fight and hate eachother in Court, but, they eat/drink and spend their bribe money on the weekends together.. Cheers!! Trump 2024, or, live in this Country by yourself.. I'll be elsewhere..

    Thanks for the informations. Can we use this for wines instead of fining agents like bentonite

    • @MarkThomas123
      @MarkThomas123 Před měsícem

      No. Wine finnning is more of a degassing process than filtering.. Degassing pops the tiny bubbles that the particles are attached to and then, it starts clearing. Maybe if you had an off flavor and wanted to see if it would do something with it, etc.. But, no, that is not what the filter would be for, and I would imagine would require cleaning the charcoal a lot more often.. I have a video on degassing wine, which is what they call Secondary Fermentation.. I clear my wine pretty quick. It usually takes me an hour or so to initially degass it, then, I run it again the next day/morning, just to see if I have any more, then, I hit it with the bentonite and the next day, it's either completely clear, or, one of those that is going to take 2-3 clearings to clear up nicely.. There may be other finning agents that work as well, but, when I first started, I tried a few, and bentonite always did the trick for me, so, I stayed with it. Every now and then I will make something that is heck to clear, but, I am not experimenting like I used to. I have 4 or so favorite brews, so, don't run into it often.. I did a bananna once and oh boy.. But, I know a lot more now and wasn't degassing back then either, or degassing manually... Talk about degassing manually on a wine makers forum and they will give you a hard time, but, when I introduced the idea, the three moderators started doing it quietly and were all talking to me about it.. It was one of those "How did you come up with that idea things".. Well, these tiny little yeasts create enzymes that eat sugar, fart CO2 and piss Alcohol,,,, just how small are the CO2 Bubbles they are creating? I pulled a vacuum just to see and was totally shocked and figured that was where all of the particles were suspended.. Made sense to me, so, I tried it and it was exactly what I thought to begin with.. A rather simple concept if you just ask yourself.. What actually takes place during secondary fermenting.. I stop the fermenting before the yeast get sick and die from alcohol poisoning (when distilling), or, get sick and die from a lack of food when doing wines/beers, and that keeps that bitter edge off of the wine.. They say I make Hootch, not wine, but, I can't send them a taste in their email, but, I know from the wine connoisseurs that have tasted mine,,, I would beat them in a competition... Ha..

    Hey Mark, I have a log home that is getting weathered on the south side. Instead of repainting that side again, I'm thinking of using your hydraulic oil/kerosene mix on the logs to protect and preserve them. Do you think that would work? Is that a good idea or not? Thanks

    • @MarkThomas123
      @MarkThomas123 Před 3 měsíci

      I would think so. Get the old paint off, or, it will not cover the same.. Why don't you see if you can get a quart of hydraulic oil and do a 5 to 1 mix and choose an area to test and see what you think. Do the worst spot and you can see what it does. It should really soak in and protect it. You should be able to pressure wash and re-treat it, if it collects dust, etc... But, I doubt any mold/fungus, etc, would grow on it.. I am not sure of the area, tree cover, rain, sun, etc, but, it sure as heck works on the trailers and protects the wood. I still have not recoated the trailer and the original wood is still there and no sign of rotting, etc.. I also have it on a vertical dump trailer (1x6 deck boards treated), and those really stayed clean and look nice.. I would think it would work nicely... I would have some slight concern that things are flamable, but, can't really say that would be anymore of an issue that it would on a trailer.. Just thinking of any reason "Not" to install it.. Just thinking out loud... My trailer sits out 24/7/365. In the sun and shade. It has turned darker, but, I have never washed it, tried to keep it clean, etc.. But, I have not done any applications other than on the dump trailer, vertical boards, and they do look nice still.. No strong discoloration, never any thought of fire, etc.. I think it would work great.. If you put a clear on there and it just baked off, it is because it did not flex at the same rate the wood does (Heating/cooling, etc,).. With an oil base impregnated, there won't be any covering to crack etc.. It would have to be better than a clear coat, urethane, epoxy, etc.. Whatever you put on there has to remain flexible. Do the bottom log or something and watch it and see how it looks the first week or two. It won't change much after that..

So, lots of comment activity.. I did not put Harbor Freight in the comments or title to keep from getting hits based on just that. I know it would have gotten more. But, after 10 to 14 days, lots more views per day. You choose. Google finally hear me say "Harbor Freight" 4 to 5 times, or, the comment activity increased the pushing of the video.. It lasted for 2-3 months, then tapered off. I think because, YT found another good Generator Plugin video to promote and I fell off of the list. NOTE: There were 5-6 users other than myself who were responding to the Safety Police comments, so, a good bit of user to user interaction also.. --- Title: Wrong Restaurant - Gun Control Funny Video 234,132 Likes 98.3%/5.4k, 574 Comments. 1:13 Min Video. Posted, and sat there doing nothing for a long time. The guy passed away,. Old Movie star, and, the video views it got were over about a 1 month period. I think searches due to his death. Not sure how many views after that. I have not looked closely at the analytics. So, percentage of likes, likely not a big deal. Another note. Most were viewer comments, and no real reason to reply to them, so, much less total "INTERACTION"(Creator/Viewer - questions/answers). I maybe posted 5-10 comments to viewers vs 4-500 comments. Much less user/user interactions. I consider it typical for most videos. So, although good comments, I don't think it is required by a Poster to interact with the viewers to get views.. NOTE: I did ask in the comments area, why the sudden views after sitting 2 years with little to none.. I got several replies. All very similar... Popped up on my screen, I was searching guns, Gun Control and it popped up.. Some,, I recently did some research, and it just popped up based on Previous searches.. So, again, it appears like a random selection based on some gain of popularity on a particular search term "Lee forgot his last name) when he passed. But, not all were searching for his name. So, if you compare, It's not the Like %, although, they will have "Some" relevancy maybe betting it started. It's not the Number of Comments, although key words in the comments could be a deciding factor and probably is. Length of video is Irrelevant. I have just scanned the analytics, but, not studied them. I don't feel confident to say much, because, I have not looked at it much, and may say something that is not correct. But, if selecting Audience and "Since uploaded(Lifetime) tells you the total number of subscribers gained/lost from that particular video, I gained 1,607 Subscribers from these 3 Videos. So, I'll go back up and add this number without an explanation, because, I am not sure if that is what that means.. OK.. Yes, that makes "Some" sense. Not sure why someone would subscribe to a channel because I had the Diner Video up, but, Considering 264 did out of 1607 Subscribers, or 264 Unusual Subscribers, vs 1343 I feel I earned, this is a pretty decent percentage of users. At least that is some food for thought.

    Thanks for the video, mate! Not relative to the video but ask anyway: did you try to make LABs from kefir? I read somewhere that kefir has far greater and more diversity of microbiology than LABs made from milk.

    • @MarkThomas123
      @MarkThomas123 Před 7 měsíci

      By LABs, I think you are referring to either the KNF or JADAM Methods? I would say so. There are good and Pathogenic Bacteria and Fungi, and, Milk Kefir has a dominance of Lacto bacterias, but, also has a nice variety of Probiotics and Probiotic organisms, along with a variety of Yeasts and Fungi's. So, lots of goodies.. I have not done any of the KNF or JADAM Techiniques. I live in a Gorge. Sun from 11am-3pm at the latest.. But, I will be providing my own food when I get a second place to do so.. I will be using the Mittleider Method for food production, while working on the Soil using KNF/JADAM, and, techniques from the Soil Food Web. Nutritional Fruits/Veggies being the Target, and longer term building the Soil Microbiology with lots of good Composts. Bacterial and Fungal, and will be producing Worms to help with the Castings, Teas and Extracts to get things moving along. Yes. I will absolutely be adding it and home made Kombucha(Much cheaper to make), to my Composts. Milk Kefer probably added after being diluted, or put into an areator and made into Teas/Extracts to spray on the Compost piles.. Figure I can do a lot of testing, playing, etc.. I have not gotten deep into either JADAM or KNF, but, from what I know up to this point, I see benefits of both and I see no reason why a Mixture of the two systems could not work out perfectly. On a side note.. Don't discount Urine as a Nitrogen Source.. I did some study on Uropathy. It was quite amazing as a Health tool. I know. Sounds crazy, but, I have direct knowledge of it that will blow your mind. I am not going to get the numbers exact, but, I think they will be close. Urine Captured and kept in a room temperature environment for 21 days, has a Stem Cell Count of I think 2500/ltr when it is fresh. 21 days later, approximately 1.5 Million of the same. Can't see why Anyone would pay for Stem Cell Therapy.. Not sure how that same thing would apply in the plant world, but, it is definitely a good source of Nitrogen. If I can swing a green house, I plan on always having a few extra plants to experiment with. Fresh and Aged just to see what happens. But, just for grins.. I knew and old fella. Had two bad sores on the back of his heels.. Bed Sores. 7 Months on Wound Care 2 times a week. I told him about it. I said, what do you have to loose? I'll treat one of the two.. He said, what the heck. That was on a Sunday, Nurse came Mondays and Thursdays. I treated the worst one. Overnight, it shocked the Daughter who came to remove it Early Monday before work, so the Nurse would not see it. Sent me a picture. Wow.. Treated it Tue,-Wed Morning, removed it, then Thur, Fri, Sat, and it was just about gone by Sunday. Monday, the nurse was shocked, knew something on the last Wednesday, but, didn't say anything. Took that wound off that day, left the other on.. Three days treatment on the next before she took that one off. The daughter was there. Nurse said, I don't know what you guys did, but, it was amazing.. She knew something was going on after 7 months. The Daughter told her what she and I had done.. Surprisingly, she said, Damn,, I didn't believe it.. About 5-6 years ago, I had something just like this happen and they said the same thing and started laughing when they saw my face... I though they were joking.. The second time I asked them, they laughed and said,, "We told you already",, and she said, I though they were joking with me.. Damn,, they were telling the truth.. Then she said,, I was wondering when I saw that Mason Jar on the table, but, I said,, No, Apple juice, because, I saw a jug on the floor... Ha..Ha.. She opened it and said,, Here, not apple juice, and the Nurse got a good laugh.. Some people call it "The Perfect Medicine".. Think about this.. You are way out in the Congo and get bit by a snake.. You are 3 days from the Hospital.. What do you do? Yep, ,within 15 minutes of the bite, consume and keep consuming. I highly doubt that. You may have set your regulator at 70psi, but, you didn't bring up the pressure "IN THE DRUM" to 70PSI. I would bet a paycheck on it.. If you did, and the drum somehow survived, which I would bet a paycheck against, it sure as hell would not sit flat on the rim any more.. This drum both the top and bottom bulged (not sitting on the rim) at less than 10psi.. 70??? Ha..Ha..Ha.. I have looked at a lot of drums and never seen one built that would withstand 70psi.. Why would you build one like that, if 3-5psi like this one could hold the 400 or 450 pounds of liquid material? Ain't happening. But, feel free to experiment on your own and upload a video to show me I'm wrong.. Make sure you capture the drum blowing out and show us the after effects.. I would say, keep an eye on it around 25 psi. That would be my best bet on the top/bottom seams blowing out,, if not before.. I am ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN, If I had gone above 20-30, this drum would have split the top off.. I think you need to look at the video and pay attention to what I was saying before you advertise your Computer or phone that you have some serious "Keyboard Driver Errors".. Someone else might actually think you have a clue about what you said and do something OBVIOUSLY STUPID,, based on this video.. But, like I said.. I did the video as an experiment and documented my findings.. If you are sure enough to "Blow Out Dents All Day Long with 70psi", then, why don't you video you doing this and educate the rest of us.. But, since this is a challenge, make sure there is no funny business with the Gauge and hoses not in sight.. Obviously, my video was educational and, I had nothing to hide.. Ha..Ha..Ha.. Don’t rinse them with water.

    • @MarkThomas123

      Why? I do it every couple of brews. When they get sticky and clump together, or I get too many in the jar, I rinse them and put them in another jar in the refrigerator to store them.. Then, when I fill that jar, I rinse them again, pat them dry on a paper towel and dust them with powdered milk and put them in another jar and put them in the freezer for safe keeping.. I have paused the operation several times, just putting them in the fridge.. And, I have taken grains that were frozen for a year and put them back in fresh milk, and after a couple of days/runs, they work like they were never frozen.. Why would you say,, "Don't rinse them with Water"? Obviously, someone else said that, and you are repeating it? Or, do you have some valid reason you have tested that tells you not to rinse them? Because, I rinse them every 3-4 or 4-5 days max and I have never had any issues.. Just asking.. "Don't rinse them with water" sounds like you had some sort of problem rinsing them.. They are tough, and you can't hardly kill them.. I have left them in the refrigerator for 6 months in the same milk.. They stink pretty bad, but, rinse them, put them in fresh milk, and give them 2-3 days runs and they work like brand new... Why do you say that?

    HEY GUYS.. UPDATE!! I took 3 videos that I have to assemble to do the video of putting it back in the hole. So, I have to assemble it to show you a couple more things. Not sure when I will have time to do that. My Primary and backup well went out at the same time, so, I have another to do. Then, I have a steering box to change on one of my minibusses, a tune up on my truck, a Toilet Flange to fix and a couple more things before I will have time to fool with the video assembly.. I hate that software. Ha.. But, it is back in the hole. 2 people did it. I pushed it down into the hole and a friend walked the end of the pipe with the fittings to me, to keep it from dragging on the ground. I did add a 1/4" Braided Nylon Rope to the pump ears, then a 3/8" braided Nylon rope from that 1/4" all the way up to the top of the well head. I taped the wire to the pipe about every 3 feet, then the rope to the pipe about every 10foot, and dropped it in the hole.. I just put the pipe back over the barrel and pulled it down 2 feet at a time, until it was back in the hole.. NOTE.. Just loosen the bolts on the Well Cap, moving them no more than 1/4".. DO NOT PULL THEM OUT.. The well cap is a 4 piece system. A flat plate on top, one piece of Rubber Gasket and two half moons of metal below that to squeeze the rubber.. Just loosen and pry it up, do not pull the bolts out. It will drop the parts into the well pipe.. Not good..

Didn't think twice about installing it.. Didn't even test it before we dropped it in the hole.. No big deal.. If it does not work, I'll pull it back out.. Ha.Ha. The strength comes form the concrete so you could probably even blow up a thick trash bag and pour cement over it if you could somehow get a pipe to fit on a thing like that. As long as the air doesn't get into the pores of the concrete it should work at lest for a quite a while. In the case of a plastic drum maybe a long while. Weld around your air fitting, cut the bolt heads off you used to pull the plates together and weld those up solid one at a time.. The weld shrinkage would pull it back tight I would think... Then, burry it in the ground,, just in case.. Ha...Ha... :) Or, find some boiler mechanics in your area and have them keep an eye out for a used tank for you. Could also search industrial scrap yards for a piece of steel pipe and some flat plate and build one. Probably would want to do some research on boiler thicknesses and PSI, etc, just to stay on the safe side. I think water pressure tanks might be an idea also. They run at 40-60psi, so, are probably rated at 60 to 90, but, might surprise you, but, error on the side of caution. If something you build ever bursts, there is likely going to be flying debris, or, at the least, some portion that splits and flies away, likely with sharp edges and speed, which if you were standing close could give you something to worry about for a long while... You can always find old air compressors with blown heads or motors, and just the tank is left at junk yards, etc.. Especially if you take a Card of some sort to the local junkyard and tell them to keep an eye out and call you when they have something. A $20 tip should go a long way in finding something much better than what you are contemplating, and probably less expensive in the long run.. I wanted some different size coil springs to make some chisels, tools, etc, around my shop.. I told the guy what I wanted and the NEXT Day,, he called me and had more than I thought I would find searching myself in 2-3 months.. They know what they have out there.. Anything from Bicycle seat springs, to Motor cycle shock springs, to 1-2 and 3 ton Coil Springs from some old equipment they had sitting waiting to crush.. He just took a torch out there for an hour and cut everything I needed.. Worth a shot for sure.. I can just about guarantee you, your local "Dump" who recycles has a place to deposit metal items.. I have given some thought to whether (or not) one could electrocute himself with a male-to-male jumper cord or dogbone. To be electrocuted there must be a path through the heart. Since the emergency generator is not grounded even if one were double stupid (connecting it hot and touching a hot blade of the plug) there would be no return electron path to the generator via the ground. If one were to touch two blades of the plug one could get a nasty shock and burn but it would be localized to the fingers (no path to the heart). So if one is determined to be electrocuted he must use both hands and touch two blades of the plug. An alternative (if the generator is bonded to the frame) might be to walk back to the generator and grasp the frame while touching a hot blade of the plug (still requiring the use of both hands).

    • @MarkThomas123

      I understand your Theory, but, 220v 30amp, best to just plug it in before you crank it. I would not want to plug it in with the breaker on either. That would create a pretty good snap on the generator and things plugged into it. I always turn off all of the 220v breakers, and then, flip the generator breaker on to power the house Electric box. But, I know that does not put that big of a load on the generator. I usually wait at least 10 seconds, or let the generator catch up to the load before turning anything else on. Usually just a few or a second or two.. Then, I turn on my 220v Deep Well pump, but, I have the Hot water heater breaker off, which I am lucky enough to have inside.. Then, when I want to warm up the hot water heater, I do not use the water, and I turn the Electric Hot water heater on. When I hear the load release, I turn the Water heater off and use the water as I wish again. If both the Hot Water heater and Deep Well Pump come on at the same time, it either lugs the Genset down way, way too far, or kills it, or, flips the generator breaker. When I turn everything off, Generator feed breaker First, then, I turn the House Main back on, Turn the Genset off, Unplug the Genset, and I'm done until I need it again.. When I get ready to run on it again, Before I go outside, I turn the Water Heater off, then going outside, I pass by the Electrical Box, Turn the House Main Off, (Leaving Genset breaker off), Hook up Genset Cable, Crank Genset, Go back to the Box, Turn off all 220v breakers, Flip the Genset breaker feed on, let it stabilize, then flip the 220v Deep Well on, and run as long as I have to.. It's just safer to not crank the Generator unless both ends are plugged in. If I were not the only one around here who fooled with the Genset, I would disconnect both ends of the Male Cable. But, I know, no one is going to crank the Generator but me, or someone I am on the phone with cranking it for my Girlfriend, or my Girlfriend if for some reason I am not home.. But, she would call me before doing anything, because, I have not trained her. But, I have the same setup at my Mom's who is 84, and, she has called me on the phone several times, and just tells me what she is going to do as she does it, and she does fine. But, I put a 3x5" index card with the instructions anyway, because, it can be a while between her doing it herself. Never had any problems... But, if you pick up a Male to Male extension cord and don't have any respect for it,, (Gives me the Heebie Jeebies) you really have no business doing it this way. You know what I am talking about. Anything Male to Male has a potential to get you.. It's just that simple.. Just a thought on Grounding though. I have gotten bit with one hand touching something with a good pair of rubber sole boots/shoes on. I can tell you one other strange thing about Grounds. I have a 220v Deep Well Pump that is only driven by a 3 wire cable (2 hots and a ground). I never paid any attention to it, but, one day I was looking for my grounding rod by my Main Electrical box, and there was None. Only thing I can figure is, it grounds through the ground to one of the closest telephone poles, which is probably a good 50 yards from the well. So, don't discount the fact that the Earth itself is ground, and, you can get shocked when wearing rubber boots, only touching a hot with one hand. Better to be on the safe side any way you slice it.

      @@MarkThomas123 Yeah, I actually do it your way. I was just pointing out that the plug can hurt you but prolly not kill you. I did one time pull the plug hot. I don't recall what I was checking. The plug is large enough that I didn't get fingers close to blades but I found a safe place to lay it down until I plugged it in again.

      It seems that the more you use them, the more they grow to be honest.. We have been making Kefir every day now since I made this video. Seems like every 2-3 24 hour runs, I have enough to pull some out. I usually do it once per week because, it cuts down on the volume of finished Milk Kefir and messes up my recipes that I mix up with them. I use more grains now than when I started too.. In the picture at 0:33 in the video, I probably use that much(Half of it, or just one side) in a quart jar daily. when it gets doubled, (The size it is now), it is too much, and I go ahead and pull them out and drop them in another jar and put them in the refrigerator. When I get a full quart of them, I will rinse them, put them in a big bowl, sprinkle powdered milk over them and shake them around a bit. Then, pour them through a collendar, shake out as much powdered milk as I can and put them in a zip lock, and freeze them. I have pulled some out several times and started them just to make sure they work, and have given them to friends.. The first batch is a little slow, doesn't seem like it is going to finish, 2nd run in 24 hours does better, by the 3rd run, they work like they did before I froze them, so, freezing does not hurt them at all.. And, I have left them in the refrigerator, almost a full quart of them with just 3-4 oz of milk, so, mostly grains, and I have kept them in there for 4-5 months and started a jar or two just to see. They taste a little strange/strong after being in the super strong kefir until you run them 3-4 times, then, they are like they were before I stored them.. As far as Kombucha.. I have put scobies in ziplocks and let them sit on a shelf for 6 months in the same kombucha liquid and they were fine, so, you can bet you can refrigerate or freeze them also.. Good Luck with it.. You can't do your gut microbiome much better than Fermented Milk/water Kefir and/or Kombucha, but, throw in some fermented veggies and home made Saurkraut and your gut can even hold up to McDonalds and some junk food. Ha.>ha.. Careful with the Bleached white sugar. I have destroyed a whole batch of starters using white sugar,,, not paying attention, on the phone, etc.. Cheers!! And, if you made it this far, and are willing to and see the value in drinking Bacteria and Yeasts, start looking into Urotherapy.. I think it is God's greatest Gift to Mankind. Had an 83 year old man, had 2 sores on his foot. Had been seeing wound care once per week for 8+ months and, they were really no better. I told him, I can show you a quick/easy way to fix that, but, you have to do what I tell you to do, and, you have to trust me, and if we get rid of it in a couple of days, you have to promise NOT to tell the Nurses what you did.. Just say, someone came and Prayed with you, which I will do before I leave, so, you will be telling the truth. He put one application on that day, the next day I thought his house was on fire when he called me,, I said, I told you, now, once more,,, and he did it again, now, I told him to take 5 drops, and tomorrow 10 drops, and, by the time the nurse came back, she could hardly tell where the wound was. He kept taking it, 10 drops 2x per day, then 10 then 20 per day, etc.. His wife said his mind was clearer. He is finally getting thirsty and actually drinking like he should, has more energy, mind is clear. Back to the Jokester he once was, etc.. He is a stroke victim since about 3 years ago. His wife thinks he is going to be walking again soon. But, with today's Medical System, you just can't share it with them.. They can't use it and they wouldn't if they could. It costs nothing, and, it fixes the problem at the source and Doctors loose customers like that.. Read the book on the top right of the page first. urotherapyresearch.com/resources/ The Water of Life.. It should get you going. They have been doing this for Thousands of years. I wonder if you read the Greek and Hebrew texts of the Bible, before the Non-Rightous King James Translated the Bible, if it wasn't spoken about often in the Original texts... But, just to let you know it's not uncommon or out of style, here is an article someone did on it in 2015. qz.com/india/401725/indias-bizarre-and-occasionally-horrifying-obsession-with-urine Don't say someone never gave you anything great!! :) Cheers!

    Add 2 feet to the riser and your draw will double.

    • @MarkThomas123
      @MarkThomas123 Před rokem

      Yes. If you look closely in the video at the bottom burn chamber and riser connection point, you will only see two tack welds. I had that Riser as an extra piece of scrap(cut off). They said it would not work, but, based on my experience I knew it would.. But, it is a bit finiky. Requires good dry wood etc.. But, yes, if you look at the final version, you will see it is taller. But, I built it based on the height of the top burner comfort, not on draw needs. I knew I would have more than enough with +12 inches. Final temps are 850 to 1000 deg on the bottom and 450-550 on top, with the risers at about 140 to 160. I was making this for cooking Beans and Rice and keeping coffee warm.. A complete success.. The others I have are for fast boiling of water for purification, etc.. I have a family of them. Ha.. Does all I need for sure for a family of 4.. :)

    Guys... You don't need this for Kombucha.. The screen I put on there was for Water Kefir to keep the grains from getting stuck in the spout.. But, try to get a spout you can unscrew, because, the Kombucha Scoby will form in the spout/valve itself from time to time.. Just unscrew it, pull the scoby out and put it back in.. Have a friend hold their finger over the hole while you deal with the scoby..

    • @MarkThomas123
      @MarkThomas123 Před rokem

      Yea.. It's a game of give and take.. Keeping it behind the tow vehicle is the key. I always cross my safety chains under the tongue. That way, if it falls off, it is in a chain cradle and stays behind the truck. You can break and it will slide forward and,, if they are snug, and not too loose, should bind up before the trailer gets too far under the truck, hopefully keep the tongue off of the ground and you can brake it to a stop.. But, if the damn thing goes crazy, sometimes it is best to let it go.. Hopefully off through the woods and not into oncoming traffic.. If you are not cris crossing your safety chains,,, start today.. Also, no looser than the chains need to be to let you turn all the way left and all the way right.. Any safety chain of a reasonable size should hold 8k lbs, if it is not whipping around back there.. I learned my lesson pulling a 20' aluminum boat and had loose safety chains,, too long.. It went side to side and I was damn glad when it ripped the tongue off and went down the hill.. It was a new truck and I was having a pretty hard time holding it on the road.. Never again my friend..Ha..Never again!! Good Luck!! BTW.. The bolt in the tongue on the trailer just snapped off to start the whole ordeal.. Wasn't my boat, but, I hooked it up and didn't see anything wrong with it... It was the bolt that held the nut that pulls the lip up under the ball that broke.. I had just crossed a little bridge on the road which bounced the truck/trailer up and down a bit.. Nothing drastic.. Which,, thinking about it now, the tongue weight had to be a little light too.. Hmm..
