  • When you are making Milk Kefir, you pull your Milk Kefir product every 24 hours to drink or make Smoothies and drink, then, every week or two, you need to pull some of your grains and put them in the Refrigerator to save them, and eventually freeze them, so you have some spares if you need them down the road for testing, or recovering from an accident you caused for some reason, not paying attention, or whatever..
