Same starting eleven for me, they earned the 3-1 win, it actually looked worse when Mo came on, player's look for him far too much, it becomes predictable.

Which I believe is why Szobo looks weaker, because he always defers to Mo.
I agree with the team. But I'd keep Diaz on the right. Him and Trent looked way more dangerous than Salah has in months

I would consider pulling Dom to the wing and give him an attacking role. Maybe he could unleash his potencial if he didn't have to cover for RB (cause there's someone to cover for him and Trent when needed)
@BlueGhostGamer95 thats exactly why his form has dropped, because he's being suppressed in the role he's playing. Klopp has given him the Henderson role when he's far more talented than Hendo. It's a shame that's going to waste because he's given zero freedom.
Look at him for Hungary, he's given freedom to express himself and he's top class.

Remember what happens against Atalanta and Crystal Palace. Diaz did not start the first game and he was taken out on the second one for no reason; and they still wandering why he wants to leave, when there are youtubers like you that don't support the only player who has gave all this season for the club . Sad.....
Klopp will rotate players and Szobo will start as will Nunez. Gakpo off the bench isn’t a bad idea if we need the spark or require a 4-2-4 with Dyche holding deep. Nunez will only have space in the first half, so use him then.
Works for me and probably Klopp, too, though I think he'll pick Szo over Gravenberch.
I agree 100% with this lineup. Jota down the middle and Gakpo on the left is a dream come true, and while Salah has been dropping off he is still an excellent player.

Nice lineup. Would play Diaz over Mo, but nice balance.
Now call me crazy (and I'm open to discuss, because I'd like to hear what you all say), but I would try Dom on the wing. That way, Gravenberch could also start with Endo and Macca, and Dom would be relieved of his "work-horse" defensive pressure, which doesn't even suit an attacking midfielder. With Jota ready to covert the passes he gives (some of which could have very easily been goals and his confidence would be much higher with the assists next to his name) and with quality support from Trent coming from behind him if found the right chemistry, his potencial could finally begin to unleash to a full extent.
Whenever he was allowed more freedom from his usual defensive roles, Dom delivered (and even out of form, he should still have the assists to his name if Nunez and the other converted). Let him roam for a bit and attack, and maybe I'll be proven right.
Dom is not a winger doest have pace like diaz and nunez and salah.his an offensive midfielder
I agree in that Dom's season stats look much worse because of poor finishing. With better strikers he could have literally 10 more assists to his name this season. Even when he's been off his best, he's provided 2-4 goal chances per game.
I rarely agree 💯 with someone but Szoboszlai should have at least 10 assists more if his teammates had delivered his passes. So what else do people want from Szoboszlai.? He has done everything that he was signed for. He is a playmaker/shooter. His teammates let him down. I agree with you. Nunez is weak as fkkkk. Excuse my language.

If he didn't have a defensive responsibilities of a six, his pace could be much better in my opinion

people don’t realise how good the big diags trent does are, normally teams make a few passes to switch the play but that gives teams the chance to set themselves. Trent has the ability to complete these diags so they’re caught off guard and aren’t set, most defenders either mess up the pass or pass to the centre back to pass it round the back to the other side and the chance is gone

I think this game will be very keenly contested. We should just win, the number of goals to me doesn’t really matter. Because this league will be decided on points
Just my two cents, but would keep Diaz on the right as he creates more at the moment. Mo has been great for so long, but we must pick based on the now. None of the replacements in the Fulham game made a difference. Also not sure whether Gravenberch will be able to stand up in what is likely to be a hard game. Would go with Curtis as he is better at holding onto the ball and as a Scouser he knows how important the derby is. Agree with the rest.
Salah, as a starter, would be detrimental at this stage of the season. He's better coming off the bench.
I hope we keep our heads with all this new manager circus 🤡 going on in the background. I would go for the line up 100% perfect apart from Mo, I would drop him twice and play Diaz on the right again.

I would have a midfield of Mac, Grav and Jones. Logic: Endo needs to manage his minutes, so Mac into the 6 position makes sense. Grav earned his place and he needs to be alongside a more conservative, less attack-minded partner. Since Mac is already at 6, it has to be Szobo or Jones. They have been equally poor recently but Jones has the local lad factor that can bring out a great derby performance. If it's not working, bring on Endo for Jones and Harvey can directly replace Grav.

I really hope Konate and Salah don't start. Salah didn't show anything when he came on against Fulham apart from a few attempted flicks which hardly troubled the air above the ball. He needs to knuckle down and play solid football. No idea when he is at ATM.
I hope DM isn't in the side but it would be typical of Klopp to put him back into the the side with no justification based on his form. Same side as versus Fulham except Macca replacing Elliott in midfield

while I agree Salah hasn’t been his best, he still could’ve registered an assist as soon as he came on if only Darwin would know how to finish. Salah creates so many chances for our attack but it’s overseen for some reason

as a totally, absolutely biased hungarian, i think dom needs a spell on the bench, he seemingly lost his hunger and drive, which might be because he doesn't want to miss the euros, like he did last time, but he needs to learn he should fight for his place here

If we get a 3-4-3 formation manager then dominik will we unstoppable playing in the front 3 of this formation as an attacking midfielder. Currently in the klopp system he has to do too much defending.

Just scored a goal after so many months and craig lost his mind and happy for gravenberch.. but couldn't support dom and forgot his contribution.. Everton will give different test and if klopp really puts Dom on the bench then its confirmed klopp hates szoboszlai.. it will be clear as water.. lets see fulham line up was just a rotation or really klopp is tired of old line up..
I don't think Klopp hates Szoboszlai at all, he was the one who wanted him at Liverpool. I think Szobo is going through some personal issues we don't know about as he seems less sharp than for the Hungarian team or before Christmas at Liverpool, for months now - although he still creates a lot of chances which Craig seems to completely overlook. And others seem to make just as many mistakes but don't get as much flak - sure Nunez and Salah are also getting flak now, but not everyone is measured by the same standards, it seems. Back to Klopp - I think he is also under a lot of pressure to deliver wins and he felt he HAD to change something - even though Harvey didn't really deliver anything new, somehow the team overall got a better result against Fulham than the last couple of results , so Klopp has to keep that in mind. I really hope Szobo finds the solution to whatever it is that is bothering him and keeping him from playing his best. And I hope people start to be more fair and balanced and rate all players on the same rating system.

I hope that's not the case. I love them all, but Salah, Nunez, Dom and Jones have been extremely poor recently, so unless they show something extraordinary in training, I prefer them to start on the bench. I do think Jones and Salah will start though, just have a feeling.
