The call records show how she deleted a bunch of emotionally and psychologically abusive texts the day i was arrested. She was triggering me and the worst she got was "if you come near me, I'll beat you down like you are a man.."
Them she drove to my house and had her sancho cal 911 and casually redirected them to my house. She had him call when they were on their way... starting an arguement and i was yelling when they arrived.
Then she tells them she had no new injuries.
Guess that was an empty threat. I'm still impressed by how well she planned everything.
She thought i was too stupid figure out what she did.
It's been two years and I'm still fighting fictiscous dv charges.
The judge thinks he is the law.
We dont work for them they work for us.
When they become dangerous to the public, it's our job to hold them accountable. It's in the U.S. Constitution.
My only obstacle is the money to pay a good attorney. The caveat for them is the opportunity to set case precedence in the state of AZ for narcissistic abuse.
I've already done all the work, and in a timely fashion. I've done EVERYTHING, an innocent person can do to alleviate my suffering.
Their abuse and gross neglect will be addressed.
These people are going to learn something.

Thanks for the tips! Am I the only one taking notes, wondering what #5 was? 🤔
I’m assuming it was: Don’t sweat the minor details & risk looking petty. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Veronica thank you. From the top of my soul, not from the bottom of my heart. You helped rescue me from the fire. Ive watched every single one of your videos. Im in a jurisdiction far from Los Angeles county, but your kind advice helped me from someone trying to ruin my family for money, and ruin me. Im in a city very far away from Los Angeles but you helped saved me. I guess thats why they call it the city of Angels. Have a beautiful night my legal friend.

Thank-you for all your videos. I live in SC so I was wondering if these videos will help me or are courts in different states too different from each other and I should seek other resources. Grateful for your time.

What if an accuser is also an emotional reasoner? Emotional reasoning in essence is where, what they feel is what they believe to be true. Meaning, their truth does not meet the facts. I have several examples of an emotional reasoner making false accusations throughout the year that don't line up. So, if you can imagine, their facts of their domestic assault charge are close but no cigar. What then?
    Thank You

Best way to fight false accusations is to never get into a relationship.

That’s kind of sad, though! I think there are some warning signs that consistently come up. No one expects to be falsely accused like that, of course.
