thanks for making videos - i wonder how many cases are not necessarily won or lost because the average person is ignorant to the legal process and harm themselves by not knowing how to behave in court, not following their lawyers advice, keeping their emotions in check, and realizing they should speak as little as possible and only say precisely as they are instructed. you are probably right that the plaintiffs emotions lost her case by confusing her emotional pride “your darn right I broke up with him”. vs the reality of them going through multiple break ups - and yet at that moment in time her emotions outweighed her logic and likely was an outburst against her own lawyer’s advice

The advice to answer just yes or no is tricky, because the questioner is using the Maieutic method to lead the person to a specific outcome. Saying just yes or no will help them in this technique.

@@Markdaamannn nah it was a car accident and they're trying to say I was impaired by marijuana and that's what makes it (wreck less) murder. The thing is I don't even have an impairment charge wreck less driving or improper lane charge. Just the 2 murder charges and 2 assault on a family member charges because they also got injured in the crash. Shits wild. But thanks bro I hope you beat your charges too

To provide men equal protection under the law (finally) it should be against the law with strict punishment for women to 'provoke domestic violence'. Domestic violence rarely occurs in a vacuum and women do this a LOT more than anyone realizes, often times causing their own injuries, then they call the cops and the guy goes to jail. This is real life.

Provoke domestic violence? How does someone provoke getting hit or choked? I'm 💯 sure whenever he wanted to take his shit out on me that nothing I did provoked nor prevented it from happening. I will say the 1st time I accepted his fake ass apology he considered it permission. Your comment is absurd. Someone who would commit violence on their domestic partner doesn't need provoked, that comment is victim back blame. Shame.
