My ex fiancee went to court yesterday and lied on me to get a protective order served on me. I had evidence and videos to prove that he was lying the judge refused to look at my evidence and serve me 6 months protective. How can they happen. I just got my criminal justice degree and he is trying to destroy me. He was the one who actually assaulted me and I told him to move out.
Well it depends on what the statement claim. And tbh judges would rather you have an attorney than self represent. My judge made fun of my friend and asked what was her highest education level. She told her that she will not take her seriously if she doesn't understand courtroom etiquette and terminology. I would petition for the judge to look over again and file one against him if you have evidence and not hearsay.
@@umbreon-wn2to you got that right, the judge was rolling her eyes at me the moment I started talking. What corruption in the system. They will all be judged by a higher Judge one day. My appeal date is coming up. This time I have a lawyer.
What if in my case I never been arrested or charged or convicted for DV, but the way my ex was able to get criminal protection orders after he already got DVRO in a family law case, and later got a perfect reaction out of me (by not following our visitation orders and not allowing me to see our son for a long time) and I reacted by texting him messages where I called him a few names, or said a few inappropriate things and he used against and filed for violation of DVRO. Because I was on formal probation at the time due to an unrelated case from my past, when I showed up to the probation violation hearing, my ex had appeared and made a statement agaisnt me, claiming that I send him threatening messegaes etc, and that is how he was able to get criminal protection orders aainst me. It wasn't because I was abusing him one day and he called the cops and I got charged and arrested for committiing a violent crime. My ex has been using protection orders against me so he could keep my son away from me.
My case never had charges filed, she admitted I wasn't that type of person and she wasn't worried about violence. But the courts presumed there was, there wasn't enough to bring the civil court to hear the merits.
She said to police she had a hearing and. A Dvro already infact I proved this on record I have that's not stopped the now 21 charges for violations of a temporary restraining order that wasn't served. She never had any order and I never got to retrieve anything because no hearing happened. They got the TrO based on the "violence of : they think I'm gonna kill myself and blame her" And why I have violations is crazy.
If my ex sees this, she’s going to just tell the prosecutor I contacted her

I have a question if me and my ex had a restraining order on each other, she was making all these walls accusations why are you attacking me she lied enough until she got me for a Shannon order violation. Now I’m going to court my divorce has been finally been separated for three years, and I just found out she’s verbally attacking me still do I file a restraining order again?
Just document everything you can. And have a paper trail with dates and times ready so when it gets to a point where it keeps going and not stopping, or harassment. You can file one against her.
The person is upset I won th protection order hearing and now they are appealing it, I dont know what that is and I'm honestly terrified, I've never been more anxious in my life and the one time I left the house that person was at the bar and told everyone she was having me under investigation for sexual assualt which isnt true as far as I know, I've never been contacted by police and won the court hearing but now they are appealing it... What do I do?
Also, my recent criminal charges are in Placer County, and I am being violated for a text message where I say "only if you want to be a dick about it" which he was, because we have a son together and protection orders are peaceful contact supposedley, but because I sent him that text I getting vioalted for it. The DA finds it disturbance of piece, which I disagree, and my excould have blocked me if he wanted to, but he has never blocked me, because he needs these texts so he could use it against me later. What do I do? We are actually going to trial this coming up week

What if she put a DVRO on me and i find a video where she is admitting to set me up and take everything away from me.
Use it!! Make sure that you are able to properly lay the foundation for that video (explain where it came from and that it’s authentic. Who took the video? You may need that person there), that you follow all court rules regarding using video (in CA you should have a transcript of any audio), and that you know how the courtroom wants you to play/submit video.
I found out she was cheating when we first got together guy called my house... to profess her love for me she attempted suicide she tried slitting her wrist & carving my name in her arm... I kept her stupidly...2024 she came with a perfect circle bruise on her arm and said i did it... I had a right brain stroke that left my right side with limited function... she must had forgotten she was the one who took me to the hospital for the stroke and i did therapy at the hospital and at a nursing home for the same stroke for my right side...we need to give long prison sentences for lying they are the only people that literaly get away with lying and walk away unscathed... while everything falls on the man... women been lying since the beginning of time
