@@Flawless.P-NWOKC hello 👋 yes big update.The judge was very respectful and was not biased towards men or women. I thank god for all the evidence I recorded with my self phone. Case was dismissed because Perjury, also known as false oath on her court documents! My advice to anyone going through false allegations before you go to war with your spouse gathering as much evidence is crucial!! If I didn’t have video recordings of me being the actual victim I would be in prison!!! The truth is you need evidence. The mother is in a treatment program. Marriage and divorce is not easy. Life is not fare but we must all ways set are children as priority number one ☝️ 💯

Would this be the same in a temporary protective order case?
Not simply wives or girlfriends that can make these false accusation restraining orders.
Moms do this to their sons, too, if they pick their father's side.
Got a temporary order given and I did not even get a deposition so I have no idea what are the allegations in NY.
If your not a lawyer dont represent yourself. Serious get a lawyer the legal system aint fair they will chew you to pieces especially if she/he has a lawyer and that lawyer is a really good one
What would you do if the petitioner alleges that the abuse happened after submitting the paperwork to the court?
Surely the judge would say where is the police report. Normally there is a temporary order until the trial

I was falsely accused by breaking in and hitting older female, and judge never gave me a moment to deny lies. Gave me a temporary restraint order and since then they are harassing me any time I am outside on my property. What should I do???

The sad part here and what I experienced in divorce is that it's not about the truth and protecting a victim and children from continued abuse or a possible escalated tragic event, but doing whatever it takes to win. And a victim of prolonged and continuous domestic abuse is afraid, traumatized, unorganized. Then the perpetrator goes in for the kill and hires lawyers to destroy the victim. So the VAWA and domestic violence laws and trauma response and fears are meaningless as an abuser gains more power. I didn't hear anything about protecting victims. Oppression of women in spite of the statistics and risks of harm and possibly murder.
