I went thru this, girl showed me a bruise 10 days later that I was supposed to have done...I was like, I didn't do that...why? I'm a stroke survivor and the right side of my body only has limited function... Women should go to prison for sending men to jail because of their lies, I mean like 5 stip... using the system as a weapon against you should be a mandatory 5 year sentence... they can lie on you, put you in a lot of trouble & go home & make a sandwich while you're sitting behind bars... our system is screwed up... nothing happens to them when they lie which empowers the females behind them...we have courts to cater to them but squat for men
I love my family more than I can even put into words. Push came to shove and I had to file to protect my kids. Emergency custody was granted to me and I drove out of state to where my wife took our kids. The local police served the order- she refused to comply. They let her abduct our kids. Then she fabricated a threat and got a retaliatory order against me in a state she nor our kids even live in. The hearing is tomorrow. I hope I can employ this advice to positive effect. Thank you for doing what you do. Families should stay together. These are tragic times, but we can't give up the fight.

I used your videos and I did not have to say much the facts spoke for themselves. The restraining order was denied and a judgement entered.
Now i have yet to receive the judgement and she has refiled her petition with the court in the same case and a hearing has been scheduled for another few weeks without any temp orders just a hearing.
Is this common and what will I have to do defend against more new false allegations and whatever else she accuses me of? Witnesses that will lie for her?
Can she keep bringing me back to court after being denied?

Itâs great that youâre sharing this information to help people but it seems one sided. What about the cases when the petitioner has truly been stalked and harassed? If a person (woman) goes to the lengths of having to file a RO, maybe they actually need it.

â@smithFam1205 not really. They always question you. I was at the doctor yesterday and the female doctor kept asking me why i was actually there and kept demanding xrays of my arm.
My ribs were the problem. They finally sent in a male doctor and he basically told her she was incompetent and to leave the room. He sent me for xrays on my ribs. I will never accept care from a female indian doctor again. Ever.
My arm clearly wasnt broken just bruised and my bicep is torn. She kept asking if he hit me with an object. Did he hit you with a bat? Lady...i know what an object is. No. He tried to rip my arm off and tore my muscles. Get the fuck out.
The final hearing is in a few days.
This morning, she sent pictures of our children to me via email.
Will the restraining order get dismissed?
No. Shes probably just feeling bad for the children. Suck it up and take the classes. Get help.
Why is DV court filled mostly with dudes lol
Based on this nonsense...hes screwed. I have documented the past 10 years. My friends and family were informed. I called police each and every time.
Hes up against 20 witnesses and photo and video evidence.
There is a reason for restraining orders. I just got examined and xrayed. Thanks for letting us know how they get away with it.
