A coworker tried to get me fired went to my Managers went to HR went to the Union and I ended up suspended for 3 days I asked for a different schedule so I didn't have to see them now it's a restraining order at work. So what am I supposed to do I guess find another job

Are we able to obtain the statement made by the petitioner that was granted a TRO? How do you know what you have been accused of supposedly did to the Petitioner. Thanks In advance
That's already added when the TRO is served because they give you an advance notice with the reason as to why they are asking for the TRO.
@@iNd5ky I don't see any statement from the plaintiff as to why the reasoning is . Just the orders to stay away etc
@@popgoestheweasel99 that's arguable in court. You could look it up online at the court house under the case number and see what's filed.
Please I saw every video you put on your channel im this situation and my hearing is on 8 August of this month and I got my part of the story and I dnt know if I dnt give my part of the story to the judge before the hearing Wht can happen to me or it’s a big problem ??😢
If the case is in California: I generally do not file a response before court. It is not required, and it’s not a problem at all. She put on 7/14/22 she write when I know she file for divorce I say to her that I’m going to kill her ,and in reality we have Been married in 12/12/22 and on 7/14/22 I was in another country … I got all of the proof on the travel you think this is a good thing for me to start ??
