Anyway last minute heartbreak up at Blyth. Disallowed goals, penalty shout, actual goals and Barra doing his best to swear in every sentance. Think that sums that up in a nutshell.
The game finished 1-1 with Blyth having there only shot on target, being saved but then finding its way into the back of the net, with virtually the last kick of the game. Sloppy mistakes leading to the goal. Leaves us 9 points behind Tamworth, still with a game in hand.
A tough game on Saturday coming up too against a Curzon Ashton side who have beat us already. Can’t remember if it was football or water polo we played that day. Anyway they sneaked into the play offs last night beating Alfreton 2-1.

I’m a Spartan supporter and a regular viewer of this channel. Last night we benefitted from some awful decisions from the ref and linesmen. This is unusual for Spartans as we have suffered from crap officials this season. Were you robbed last night? probably but that’s football. Best of luck in your drive for promotion.
I’m not biased and for some reason a couple of ashington fans force a rivalry with blyth even with a gap being clear in levels
@@AshingtonA.F.C Historically Blyth and Ashington were rivals for a very long time. But as you say, we have climbed up the pyramid a bit so the rivalry has faded over time.
