So awesome you guys are still making vids!! I downloaded the 20min arm and shoulder workout from 3 years ago with cute cash in the video. Crazy how after not exercising for a few weeks, only done 3 days worth of exercise and pretty much regained my strength again! Cant imagine 1 or 2 months! I'm gonna try this one out too😃

Hi guys. I share your profile with everyone willing to follow your advice. I've got a very important issue for you to fix. Any advice building abs without minimally involve the lower back due to 3 lumbar herniated discs. I've got enough room at home, resistance bands with and without handles if needed. Many thanks.
