    Great workout! My ooooooonly issue (small issue), is the laughing & carrying on after the timer has started. If I'm in struggle-town & that's what I'm hearing then it doesn't help towards me completing the set.
    Tremendously small gripe in what is otherwise an incredible channel

    Just a Suggestion:
    If you can get the camera closer it may help to have a closer look on how you do the workout.

    Very repetitive and one of the less exciting videos to have come out in recent months. Couldn't you have at least switched the exercises up a little bit more, rather than doing 5 sets of the same in a row? I know you're only focusing on one area of the body, but still.
