    Why I come to ACHV PEAK: I'm a 40yo male who does at-home dumbbell and resistance band training 3 times a week. A lot of CZcams fitness is people who dont connect with the common guy's workout: A guy in his living space with kids and a dog walking around, who is fit and enthusiastic about working out but still has some degree of struggle and limited equip. We're not all gonna load up on pre-workouts, take our shirts off, play power music, and get under a squat rack for 3 hours. DJ doesn't make it easy, but he doesn't make it unattainable, he gets the job done in 20-45 min, and with equipment I already have. Thank you, brother, keep them coming. And great gimmick with matching your clothes with the graphics on the site, it helps me sort your videos better.

    I started working out consistently in Jan 2021 and ACHV PEAK's videos were the most enjoyable to follow along to and I was only working with a set of adjustable dumbbells. I've also changed my diet completely since then, but I've lost 51 pounds so far -- 216lbs to now 165lbs.
    I still only use your videos to workout to (aside from running periodically) and I'll definitely continue to. You've really inspired me more than I can put into words and I finally feel confident again. Thank you!!
