    Appreciate the "class" style video. Having an instructor keeps me away from rushing or skipping (other videos I gravitate to give you a list and say, "Do this for 30 seconds for 3 sets", which is informative, but I like the timer, the call out, and the motivation).

    The simple fact that you worked out the entire program yourself already put you ahead of most of the coaches who just say "do these exercises x sets and y reps".

    I've been doing this workout for just over a month now. Even only just doing it 2-3 times a week, I have already lost close to 4 pounds and see the fat burning slowly off my body and muscle starting to build too. This is amazing and I recommend it for anyone that hasn't tried working out with weights. It really does work.

    Hi mate, been doing this 3x a week with a rest/cardio day in between and this mixed with a healthy diet is amazing. Not only have I got leaner but stronger with much more muscle definition. Just wanted to say a massive Thank you.

    Love it. Plan on doing full body 3x per week on Monday wed and Friday. Mon and wed at gym and fri at home with this routine (lower weight/higher reps than on mon and wed). Cardio (running) on t, th, and sat. Rest on Sunday. Wish me luck

Since this pandemic struck, I've been working out with you daily and I've noticed some major body changes - especially in my arms and chest/collarbones. You are really clear in your directions and you go at a good pace - I've quit other CZcams Videos halfway because I just couldn't keep up and felt defeated. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Maybe I'll be able to wear a tank top this summer without feeling embarrassed. :)

    Just did this one again used my 12's 15's and 20''s signed up for the DB PROGRAM and this is the first one! I wanted some structure to my strength training I'm a 66 year grandma who loves to pump iron and work out! Thanks for the pump David! Would you ever consider boxing workouts cause me loves them too!

    I been work out 💪 at home at Glenwood in laguna beach and I can feel the burn I been doing the weights and push ups and also a pull up bar and I get more muscle and I feel the burn and the sweat and I am really happy to work out every day

    5 months training, tried this vid for the first time right now, it is quite good although I didn't sweat much. I am not sure why that is, gave it my all. I suspect my weights were too light (15lbs) but then some exercises I struggled: triceps kickbacks, lateral raise, push ups (I weigh 195 lbs so after about 15~ish push ups I can't anymore), so I am not sure if I should just increase my dumbbell weight for all exercises except those ones? One exercise I really appreciated was the sumo squat W raise, because after all those months training, it's the first exercise I found that really lets me feel my pectoral muscles working !!! That's much much appreciated

      Try adding a 7 min cardio just before starting. Your heart rate will likely stay elevated through the workout and you will get a good sweet.

      @@marianopacheco613 thanks for the advice :) , I was already putting 30 mins cardio before, then tried to do it after instead, to see the difference, also tried without cardio at all. I think I just don't sweat too much, it might be related to my lower water intake so I'll try focusing on drinking more, as I understand it could help with training efficiency

    Like most of us I have been stuck working at home. I am lucky and blessed. The job is pretty secure and hope this lockdown will end soon. Good luck to everyone. Of course the gyms are closed and finally started following workouts on CZcams primarily HASFIT. But they became to easy and found this one. I love that its only 27 minutes but its hard and brings up a lot of sweat. Great video. Keep up the good work during these trying times. Ivy
