This my recipe I made, so credit me if you use this or copy it
What you will need
2 Eggs
2 Whisk
2 Bowls
Flour
Tablespoon
And something to cook with
1. Add one egg into a bowl and whisk until it forms bubbles or soft peeks
2. Add two tablespoons of flour into the whisked egg (two tbsp of flour per egg) and mix
3. In another bowl, add one egg whites (basically avoiding the yolk) and whisk until it forms peeks
4. Combine the egg flour mixture to the egg whites and fold with a spatula
5. Get your pan ready that is coated it cooking oil, put your stove on medium low heat
6. Wait for four minutes for your pan to be pre heated, while you're waiting, switch with a whisk of your mixture and keep whisking
7. Cook your fluffy mixture and DONT TOUCH IT. You'll know when it's ready when you use a spatula to look under the mixture, be careful to not touch the top
8. Put it on a plate with a topping of your choice this can be a dessert or meal :)

nah just whisk 3 egg whites, mix with the egg yolks and cook
No flour and there's a bit more to the mixing. After folding the two egg mixtures together with a spatula, get your whisk and "tap" the lip of the bowl with the middle part of the whisk while holding the bowl at an angle (the wire part of the whisk should be touching the fluffy egg mixture; this reduces larger bubbles while keeping the smaller ones that hold air intact. Let it cook slowly and as Asian Salt said, don't touch it. I've studied so many Poulard videos that I've finally gotten this down. 80% success rate at this point. Practice makes perfect.
RECIPE:
3 eggs
1 tbsp butter
salt
pepper
optional:
cheese
scallions
Seperate yolks from egg whites until soft peaks, almost a little stiff
Beat egg yolks until its like scrambled eggs
Fold in yolks into whites until homogeneous
Get a pan, low heat, put butter on there till foamy
Put eggs on, use half of your desired salt and pepper on the eggs
Smooth out
Cover for 5 mins
Uncover, add rest of salt and pepper/cheese
Fold over and press down a bit to keep it together
Serve with scallions on top
serves 1-2

Whenever they transfer the egg from the pan to the plate, it reminds me of when I sit down lmao
this is super easy to make. beat 4 eggs like a souffle with the whites and yolks seperate (fluffy yolk with a splash of milk and soft peaks on whites by themselves), sacrifice a bit of the whites and lightly fold it into the yolk, then carefully fold that mixture back into the whites, then cook on a covered pan that is covered in simmering butter at medium to low temp for roughly 5 minutes. its just an omlette souffle

it's easy to make. all u do is whisk 3 eggs really really hard till it becomes smooth, like mousse texture. then you pour in the egg in a pan, cook it, and toss in butter but u use a spatula to open up parts under the egg so it cooks the bottom and make it crunchy
