- Join me for a 15 minute BARRE ABS WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your core muscles. This is going to be an intense one! We'll be challenging our core muscles and mobility with ballet dancer inspired movements. Intervals will be 50 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed. So let's get sculpting!

19.2.2024: I did it only because of the beautiful setting! One of the most challenging Fitbymik ab workouts, for sure, maybe also related to the quite long length (15 min is enough abs for me, no more). Some very challenging and new movements in this one.

Gm. I did two of your 15mn dumb bell workouts. TODAY I did 30 mns full body😅 Some are more intense than others but like with anything in LIFE never give up and practice makes perfect💪🏾

Please do an ab workout that is at least 20 minutes. 10 minutes standing and 10 minutes on the mat. That would be great. I like your ab workouts but they are all 15 minutes or less which for me is not long enough. Would love a 20 minute one. Thank you!
