As someone who's been overweight my entire life I've been finding these videos very motivating and not so much easy but doable compared to others that use crazy equipment or having to be in a fancy gym. These are some cool at home workouts that really make a difference and I'm definitely going to incorporate into my daily routine. Thank you for the inspiration to be a better me brotha.
thanks for watching and keep up the grind bro!
We are rooting for you!
Just started boxing, actually just coming from a workout. Just a new found respect for you as a fighter. Great content.
thank you man!
Same idk why when I watched his sparring I didn’t think he was that hard until I started sparring, I was using everything he uses without knowing, it just flows so naturally with movement.
What a competent and likable coach! You two make a great team
thanks :)
Literally what I've been looking for over the last two days. Thanks Jeff!
no prob! more to come bro!
2:14 "this starts to look like knees that we throw"
...does it? lmao
I wish more trainers were as educated and humble as Ben is. He got everything spot on in all of his videos. The guy knows what he's talking about
Hip flexion drill with resistance band is 👌

Wow! I've been doing some of these, like the crawling, long lunges, lateral, hip flexion, and that side swinging thing 😂 no fancy equipment tho, just using bicycle tube 😂 few more knowledge added here, thanks jeff!

Excellent & creative routines, with Jeff in total beast mode! By the end of this, his legs are glowing with power like a Stephen Chow super Kung Fu flick. Inspirational stuff
thanks for watching!
awesome video man, will 100% be working these movements into my routine
awesome!
1:46 These look like xiebu and pubu in Wushu!
Also 2:36 "Simple but not easy" is one of my favorite things to say about learning and training any skill! A lot of things don't seem complicated to do or even understand, but that doesn't mean they're easy at all and there may be a lot that can be gained! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
thanks for watching as always brother!
Great video thank you very much

Man, those quads! I wish I had quads like those. Alright I'll work harder today.
keep up the grind!!
Was just thinking about your content and this comes up. Must be a sign for me to practice this video today. Also could you do more southpaw examples in your videos please. Just so it's easier than having to do the opposite all the time. Or maybe just explaining it in southpaw after the orthodox demonstrations. Good job👌🏾
thanks for watching and yes I will try my best!
Thanks for the video
no prob!
very interesting stuff, been looking for kicking antirotation
thanks for watching!
The timing of this video is so perfect, I wonder if my phone is tracking me.
haha unlikely :P
That explosiveness
👍👍👍👍
:)
Cool stuff Chan 😎 😍 Chan!

Thx mate! Always appreciate some inspiration

Hi great video very innovative- for the pallof press should we also do a rotation with the cable or is just keeping still/rotation exercise enough
These exercises are so valuable! My sleepy hips are about to get WTFU! 🙏🙇♂️, Oh really good instructor, too - right mix of information and explanation 👍👍
thanks for watching!
yyeeessss big bro looks good

Cool thing, thanks. Even for us, who now not in sport, but in the body armour
I wish I could train w u 4 the winnnnnnnnnnnnn this video is the truth right on time
id love to one day!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This is a good video. This Coach is well educated and competent.
S&C, especially “functional training”, for Combat sports, generally speaking is really terrible full of incompetence and snake oil.
I am happy to see you are in good hands. 👊💥
thanks for watching :)
Awesome. With the kettlebell side-swings, I'm sure, at some point, I'd smash them into my knee though.
thanks for watching! and yes it will def take practice to do it right haha
Cool video. But why is creating lactic acid in the warm up a good thing? 🤔
Im left handed. Hard left knee strike. Injured right hip flexor....years ago
Take care, Jeff is in trenddemous shape. We can't all do these things like him. Go slow and step by step
for sure!
Perfect for a Muay Thai boxer/boxer with tight hips like me 😉 Perfect background music as well! So much video’s with terrible (distracting) music, but this is just perfect!
thanks for your feedback :)
)this is interesting and maybe they will tell from where they got the ideea for exercice 5 becose it looks to be a sort of exercice stolen from an alien who is training and some spaceballs spy and film etc his training .
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
:)
lots of new challenging content here ! btw your personal trainer Ben might consider using a diet trainer lol
What band is used for the Hip Flexion strengthening
now for wrestling plz i am struggling with keeping the close guard on for long period and i am strong from upperbody but lacks the lower part any tips for that?
Like him
cheers!
Hate to be that guy but there is a technically correct way to the bear crawl (original name monkey walk) and side bear crawl (original name sideways monkey). It's just these movements have been diluted when they became popular and aren't being taught correctly. I'm not sure if there is even correct explanations of these movements as they we (re)created 25 years ago pre youtube and popularised 15-10 years ago and then widely adopted 5 years after that by mainstream gym culture. These movements come of art du deplacement/parcours/parkour in France and were meant to scale so you can eventually do them on rails at speed with control so you don't fall off. They were prehab/rehab/core/balance exercises ultimately
Where do you find that sliding pad
Flashbacks to my rehab after a torn labrum surgery. These look way easier than they really are.
ouch!
How heavy are the kettlebells you're using here?
Hi Jeff! How would you incorporate this into your weekly schedule? Is once a week with workouts like these enough? Unlike eg. hypertrophy workouts that you need to do atleast 3x a week. Thanks in advance
yes for me personally 1-2 a week!
Noice 🥊
thanks!
It's safe to say now. Jeff never skips leg days.
:)
i started having pain in my hip flexor when i side kick bouta start doin these
cheers!
Great video! For those knees with the cables are you going up on the balls of your feet or staying flat footed just for the exercise?
I believe I start flat footed... but I go up to my tippy toe./balls of my feet
@@MMAShredded very cool , thanks for the feed back. Would you add these to your Muay Thai training session or weight training session? Also I purchased your southpaw tactics which I’m finding very helpful
Heyy Jeff champ, my hips are weak, would it help if I tried this for MMA??
Hay
What’s the music in the background?
I guess conor was doing some of those with ido portal ...back in the day
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙏🏽🤙🏽😎
thank you!!
Brilliant Jeff 👏👏👏
I’ve sent this to our gym owner/coach...but she never listens to me bruh, haha! 😆🙄
hahaha cheers!
@@MMAShredded she’s a One FC pro fighter Jeff, so she mostly just ignores what I suggest! 🤷♂️
Jeff could you post the names of the exercises? that would be great
I named the ones I know in the video!
Pallof press is hard af i do it with 15 kg weight and cant keep my core straight
I love you ❤️
thanks for watching!
So this is playing touch butt in the Parks with the ponytail
Hey Jeffrey. If someone catches a kick could u jump off the ground with ur standing leg and knee them to counter their catch or would that not work well?
you can jump over their sweeping leg and tie up with them yes!
U know he got them lunges from knees over toes hahah no body was doing that till then
Edo Portal was onto something with Conor Mcgregor. I actually been doing these for a bit and I have realized a power increase
cheers!
for the hip flexion exercise he said to do 90 seconds continuous, but how many sets of that do you do?
