    Thank you Coach Wong. My kid is a youth wrestler. Will add this to his warm up routine and running days and see how it goes. Dave

      +EricWongMMA pleasure. Well deserved. Your exercises and mobilisations have made it into our kickboxing/karate class all the way over in Reading, England.

    I've been doing this for 3 days now and I feel like a beast, the knees really hurt though

      Listen to your body if knees hurt, your form may be wrong or you need more hip prehab.

      Always warm up the other leg muscles so there’s no over compensation which tends to lead to soreness or injury.

    You have other movements? Like baseball specific for batspeed such as medicine ball throws?

    • @PrecisionMovementCoach
      @PrecisionMovementCoach  Před 5 lety

      Nothing that specific but here's something that will definitely help with rotational power and core strength: czcams.com/video/kJsH3BK3TQY/video.html

    Would adding a weighted ball (holding it at the center of the chest) be helpful or harmful?

    • @PrecisionMovementCoach
      @PrecisionMovementCoach  Před 4 lety

      It would be counter productive to the goals of this exercise. It is not necessary to add weight to this exercise in order to progress.
