    Definitely picking this up asap, gyms near me spar far too heavy so been looking at ways to improve when I can't spar with friends but didn't have direction hitting the bag by myself. Thank you Jeff 🐐🐐

    Hey Jeff what do you think of punching bag gloves? those gloves that have no thumb in it and have less cushing, are they good/better for hiting pads and the bag?

    hey jeff am trainning in a good mma gym most of athletes are kind and respectfull but There are some bullies that are annoying me and they got more stamina than me and also weight much heavier , what tipe can you give me to deal with them ?

    Hey Jeff, does Coach Gio have his own channel? If not I’d love to see a feature of him showing his style and his go-to attacks and defenses since his planted “stand and bang” style is such a nice contrast your mobile, evasive style.

    Could you make a video how to throw a basic low kick (In or out) and avoinding the opponent's counterattack at the same time? I mean, throwing a low kick followed by a defense at the same time, get the idea???

      You can kick whilst covering up but instead of rotating into the kick you generate Power by pushing your hips back and slightly crunching your abs. You could also frame the opponents guard with your kicking side Hand, Instead of swinging your kicking side arm down, you swing your kicking side hand outward into the opponents guard. you could also swing your arm down but lean your head into the direction your lowkick is going.

    Cross, Hook, lowkick, cross hook bodykick is what I keep doing...I need the find that turning momentum out!!! Great videos though, gonna do the follow-along again today seeif I improve :D

    Hi Jeff, I am about 5 foot 4 or 164 cm in height, and as a result my leg kicks has to hit the very bottom of the bag and my body kicks feel like failed head kicks due to my lack of flexibility in my hamstrings and legs, resulting in compromise of technique (i.e. cannot turn my hip fully due to instability). How much does it affect the effectiveness of this workout if I make my body kicks a lil lower but still higher than my leg kicks?

      it doesnt affect the effectiveness of the workout very much at all, your lifting as high as you can which makes it even more difficult (so I guess it is harder). But keep going at it and you will slowly develop flexibility. Remember to stretch everyday!

    Can you spar Qi La La and make a video. He beat Muay Thai people with almost pure wing chun very often in MMA. He proves it works

    i cant train heavybag my mentality is just built too different i would simply explode the bag with just one strike. fighting is all about that mentality
