Make a routine for drinking lemon water it's easy to make in summer drink 2 glasss of lemon water and 6 glass of normal water a day and in winter drink only 8 normal water glass a day the lemon water is very common in Pakistan and India you can see a it's recipe on CZcams but lemme just tell you
"Take 1glass of normal water not cold water take fresh water from tap then put 2.5 spoons of sugar in it and 1.5 spoon of salt you can change this quantity according to yourself but basic is 2.5 and 1.5 then cut 2 medium size lemon from half if will be 4 pieces now save one piece for later and squeeze 3 pieces in that water,salt,sugar mixture and mix it well until salt and sugar dissolve in it once it's is dissolved then put ice cubes in it and enjoy you won't feel dehydrate trust me😊
