Breakfast
Cornflakes K special . Do not eat so much as you have to loose weight.
Lunch
White Rice with pulses. Any pulses/daal you can take . Eat in less quantity than you eat generally.

One cup milk with 2 wheat biscuits sugar free

Day 7 and i can see that I have more stronger abs and my chest has formed but my abs cannot be seen properly I will start working on obliques separately though because I need to work harder for them. But this is really affective and people who are reading this,if you are thinking to try this do it results are worth it and you feel happy and more confident with ur abs. I will edit on day 14 and I hope to go until day 100. (Btw I’m writing this so that when I come back on day 100 I will know I have made progress)

Can you please add in each exercise what should be avoided while we are at each drill ( like no arch in lower back i.e. back should be completely touching the floor , while doing leg lifts ) etc.
Instead of the music you can add your points so that the follow along drills are done correctly .

Ab workouts don’t reduce belly fat….. you should only do these after you have reduce belly and and this helps you reveal them mor

I'm 14 and I lost 10 pounds of belly fat and my abs were showing after doing this 14-day program. It really helped out a lot for getting slimmer I also stuck to a low carb low-fat diet and it worked perfectly thank you @The Gainz Center - Home Workouts. Edit Imma also try to do all your programs and see how I turn out. Ill give you feedback of how it went.
Heres more about the progress I started doing as the program told but then around day 10 I did 3x that I should do. I alsohad already lost the body fat off of the Lower body, Arms, and face. i just specifically had belly fat and fat on my pelvic area I stuck to the fat to fit program and the six pack in 21 days program and had a 600 calorie - 1000 calorie diet everyday I didn't take rest days nor ate something fatty (except when losing fat anywhere else other then the belly to not look skinny) but somedays a lean protein diet and somedays a 600 calorie day (do not do because of side effects. Ive been doing it for the last couple days not overeating so I kinda ignore the hunger) But that's the progress of all that it took in 14 days witch is better then having to lose fat in 2 months just by eating nothing.

Should i train abs every day or will training abs thrice a week be more helpful? As the rest period is also equally important?
Abs is a minor muscle group which means it can recover quicker than other muscles like chest and back. Hence it is fine to train abs everyday
