my #first_day started from today and i have completed all the sets.
This is amazing! Luckily I do martial arts anyway so I’m having it easier that most people however it’s still hard nether the less but awesome workout man. Just on day 2 now and I’m definitely feeling the good changes

I started this workout on 20 or 24th nov and i wasn't doing it regularly And in January i just lost my motivation and stoped doing workout But then i realized my mistake and when i saw my body i realized how much it affects me And now im trying to do ut regularly in my free time Its day three and i can again feel the same energy My abs are now Visible more than before Yeah maybe its not affecting my chest that much but i can still see changes in my chest

It is quite tough. I usually do 2 to 3 sets
And after doing it for 3 weeks I can see the changes in my body and specially this exercises helped me to burn my belly fat.

I started the workout on 6th August but left on 9th Augustcoz the bone of my toe had a crack.. but now i have started again and aiming to do 2 sets per day
What happened? Did anything happen to your body or not?
Your exercises are really good and hopefully this one will reduce my chest fat and can see some improvements in the chest

Day 1:hard painful exhausted but I'm going to the gym to do some more workout see you tomorrow.
Day 2: this time just some exercise are hard but I completed everything
Day:3 is not a lot difficult but it's hard
Day 4:the exercises are no difficult that difficult anymore but I'm gonna still continue

After 1 month doing these exercise with 15 mints cardio I lost 12 kilograms of my weight, from 93 to 81. But you have to avoid high carb foods and also sweets to lose weigth. I didnt gain muscles but I lost weight.
Week 1 - 1 set daily
Week 2 - 2 set daily
Week 3 til now - 3 sets daily.
