The third eye has been considered mystical by yogis and many other cultures. Associated with the pineal gland, the ajna chakra (sixth chakra) is associated with intuition and wisdom, as well as spiritual awakening. As a Buddhist Monk, I validate your assessment. Your pragmatic interpretation is on point. Most people can experience siddhi abilities without trying to be a superhuman. For instance, intuition is a siddhi. Becoming consummate in yogasanas is a siddhi. Good luck flying or levitating 😂 but you can definitely experience the bliss of pristine consciousness by letting go of cognition!

Ann, I did pineal gland meditation and something profound has happened to me ever since.During the meditation my body went into different movements which was very scary I must say. This lasted for 40 minutes. Since then each time I enter a meditative state it happens all over again. I often make a recording. I can see the spiral within my body and the energy moving from one part to other part of my body. Do you think I have opened my third eye? I am still trying to understand what is this. My outlook on life it’s very different from the norm.
Wow, this video had a profound effect on you. It sounds like some shifts are happening. If anything hurts, I would just go to the doctor, but if not, then just be an observer. Thanks for sharing your experience, Kate

That's the truth one time I seat clothes out to take a shower before going to the doctor something said to me from within if you leave your clothes here there will be a spider in them in the morning I forgot all about it and the next morning I put my arms in my shirt and something said throw your shirt off now and I heard I told you not to leave them clothes there and when I throw the shirt a brown recluse was inside it and it landed on the bath tube step and I called my husband to kill it
May I ask the danger in an open third eye?
Personally, I find no danger. Traditionally, some speak of danger. My professional opinion is that is to keep the practices esoteric and elite. But I believe that these practices are accessible to everyone. What do you think?
@@AnnSwansonWellness thank you for responding to my query.. I asked because a friend of mine have an open third eye and can see past and future ..even the black entities that sometimes disturbed her.. though I am not sure if it is the work of something else like black magic...
You can not be double minded when entering in because that's what my brother did and now he is having anxiety and bad thoughts but heal and forgive yourself for getting into the things in your life ask God forgiveness and throw it all in the sea of forgetfulness without judgement and let go of ego and let mind and heart become one in the mind of Christ Consciousness and you will have peace within the transition matthew6 fast and pray within your secret place within you

@@AnnSwansonWellness my mom took my brother to hospital they gave him anxiety meds it's helping him out but he has a catscan on Monday to found out what's going on about a year ago he had fluid on his Brain the then when he got better he went on a fast for a while and wasn't even drinking water now he is going through a lot in his mind but when he want on fast his spiritual eye opened and he hasn't been the same since he has a bump on his forehead where it opened up on him
